Great products and service! Our cats love the wall mounted scratcher.
A couple of items we ordered were just too big for the space, they were happy to have them back for a refund.

I can't speak highly enough of this brand! Starting with the outstanding customer service, they replied to my enquiry quickly and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. My delivery came quickly and installation was easy. I was looking for a tall cat tree but I just don't have the space in my 2 bed first floor flat. The Vertical Bundle is absolutely perfect, and I've spread it across two rooms. My six month old kitten can't get enough of it. It only took her a few days to get all the way to the top, and the High Plates are her new favourite place for a nap. She's a very energetic cat and I was worried she wouldn't be satisfied with being indoors all the time. She's absolutely thrilled she can literally climb the walls now, and reach previously out of reach places. The products are so well made, you can tell Catipilla love cats! I can't wait to get a wall mounted scratcher next so she stops using my legs as climbing posts.

Great design, and use of recycled materials. My cats love their furniture circuits. They like to be up high and to scratch on the very robust carpets. Look at what fixings you may need for your interior wall type. I had to use Interset fixings 'for hollow walls' for some of my Catipilla pieces - because my walls are like cardboard; certainly not a fault of the furniture. My internal walls are, apparently Thermalite (a lightweight block material) and 'dot and dab' between flats in the block. I may have been erring on the side of caution re the fixings. But I know how my cats chase each other and bounce off their shelves.. Customer service is second to none. It has been a pleasure to have email and phone contact with Joseph who is always very happy to advise or just hear from customers. Another great thing about Catipilla furniture is that you can add to it and change the layout. When I win the Postcode Lottery and move to a house I'll be increasing my Catipilla circuits and rest points... Also, replacement parts can be bought. If any carpets are worn, etc. I think it will take my cats a long while to trash them though.. If you are looking for cat wall furniture, do feel you can trust this company and know that your investment will be very worthwhile. Any questions at all that you have, ask Joseph. Lovely chap.

Fantastic quality items with good instructions. The stuff is very well made and very stable once fitted. The cats absolutely love it. I'm obsessed with the scramble post in particular. Such a novel item and the cats have really taken to it. Great idea well executed. Thank you Catipilla!

After much deliberation and thinking about where we could install this in our house, we purchased the Catipilla Pro. We installed the pro over 2 locations in our house as our ceiling height wasn't tall enough to accommodate the unit in one at approx 2m high. Luckily the Pro is effectively 2 Catipilla Minis so we split them and installed one downstairs with the Hammock and one upstairs with the High Plate. I also emailed Catipilla and asked them advice and they were very helpful in my decision where to install.

It took a bit of persuasion at first for our boy Teddy, but with some coaxing with treats and a feather, he now jumps up with ease. His favourite spot is the Hammock and spends hours up there snoozing. Being a mostly indoor cat, we wanted areas he could climb and explore and this ticks the box perfectly. The units are well made and were packaged beautifully. It's such a simple premise but its perfect for indoor cats and blends in nicely to your surroundings. Am so glad we bought them.

You can tell these guys have put a lot of thought into this and I look forward to more products in future. Highly recommended :)

Our two cats absolutely love the catipilla structures!! We have two catipilla minis and a hammock and it fits nicely in our apartment. Our cats often fight over who gets the hammock and we would get another one in a heartbeat if we could fit it. The customer service is also phenomenal! One of our cats loves chewing on the hammock so the seams have started to come apart. I emailed the team about getting just a replacement cloth and they're sending it over to the US at no cost.

Our 2 cats, Lumos & Noxie, LOVE their Catipilla cat wall. They love lounging on the high plate and use the hammock to play with their toys. It has been great to provide them with an additional place to climb in our tiny 2 bedroom apartment.

Great product! After a long search for a compact cat scratcher, was so pleased to come across the Catipilla range. Our cat loves it for scratching and a climb for some treats at the top. Slim line and super sturdy. And perfect if looking to save space. Delivery was quick and installation was nice and easy.

We have an outdoor Catipilla installation, it actually looks really good attached to the back of the house. Our 3 crazy cats love it! The oldest is so happy when he sprawls out on the top shelf to survey his kingdom. The kit can handle all 3 of them zooming around on it so we know it is very well made! 1 of our cats is not allowed out, this set up really enhances his secure garden playground. Cheers!

Brilliant product. I don't have a cat flap because we have a small Norfolk Terrier. Our cat Lilly quickly learned how to use the steps and can easily get in and out of the window. It was very straight forward to assemble and install. Really thrilled with catipilla - I would highly recommend this product.

We are delighted with our Catipilla mini and highplate. Super adaptable to different spaces and very high quality materials and construction. With so many budget pet products out there the Catipilla is a refreshing change! Highly recommended.

Such a great idea. I was looking at all different kinds of shelves and climbers for the cats and just didn't think they looked that sturdy.
Then I happened upon Catipilla and I'm so glad I did. It's the perfect solution for something that's smart looking and strong. With the platforms having a place for the cats to scratch it's just the icing on the cake.

Both our cats love the Catipilla wallframe. They use it to climb, get to the other side of the room, to chill and to play. We recieved our (international) shipment within three days, including the weekend. Installing it was real easy and our cat started climbing it right away. Would definitely recommend!

Have recently installed Catipilla products in Catnappery Cattery. I believe this is the first installation in a commercial capacity. The whole process was very slick from start to finish and the products look and more importantly WORK, beautifully. The cats have been instinctively drawn to them, they are easy to clean and adjust and provide a wonderful addition to the cattery. We've had so many positive comments already! A really great product. Most cat scratchers are a bit unsightly, (believe me, I've looked) but this has been well considered and designed, making a stylish product, at an excellent price point, that our cat Cachou loves. Wall mounting keeps it out of the way too. Thoroughly recommended!

We are big fans of this product almost as much as our cats are.. From our perspective, it has a stylish finish that doesn't look cheap. You're certainly paying for quality in this product, it actually looks great in our modern home and I know it will stand the test of time unlike many other pet products.

From our cats' perspective, they use it every day without fail. They love the height and different views it gives them, it keeps them entertained when we are not around as we can see them from our spy camera climbing up and down it dragging their toys with them. I'm not sure they view it this way but we're glad that it also gives them a little exercise.

This really is an excellent product! My older girl doesn’t like it but my new kitten loves it. It’s well made, comes with excellent installation instructions and is easy to install. Really recommended to other crazy cat people!

Our cats adore their highplate, Loki our almost 8kg cat regularly takes his afternoon nap there. Customer service is brilliant from the company.
