I had an excellent customer service experience with Zaynah. She was patient, polite, friendly, and helpful in upgrading my contract. It was the best experience I've had with any company and their staff.

I went to the Trafford Centre store to upgrade to a new phone. Paige dealt with my request. She was very professional, polite, helpful and friendly. I always go to this store and I always receive fantastic customer service. Keep up the great work Paige and the rest of the staff.

The staff were very cautious and understanding, the shop floor was well arranged and gives privacy for discussion.

Didn't get his name think it was Asi or Ashi that helped me. He made my trip to Trafford Worth the while as I'd forgotten my purse and the newly installed pay app wouldn't work so basically he sorted it out for me. Thank you very much I was able to give my grandaughter her lunch 😊

Visited store to collect my new mobile ordered on line recently. Staff member SHEBA was so welcoming, friendly and efficient in assisting me with the transaction. She also went the extra mile explaining the set up of said phone. Highly recommend!

I came to Vodafone in trafford centre branch I was welcomed by Paige who showed extreme professionalism in a very friendly manner, and dealt with my inquiries very professionally and in a short amount of time. Therefore I thought to share my experience and to say loudly thank you very much Paige!

Very happy with the customer service here, slightly understaffed, had to wait a while for someone to talk to. But after just visiting EE store, which I was very unimpressed with, this store was quite good.

I visited the store on the 7th May and Jamie and Haijah assisted me. Jamie was beyond excellent guiding Haijah and resolving my enquire.

I Work in the service Industy Jamie's assistance and approach was explemary and I cant recommend him strongly enough for employee of the year.

He was super helpful and lovely when helping me choose a new phone and I could not recommend him enough. Brilliant service when I popped in to look at upgrading my mobile contract from another provider. Neill was great, really helpful and informative and stayed longer than his shift to make sure I was all sorted. Even set up my new phone right there in the store! Thanks so much :)

Had first class service on Saturday 22/8 and Tuesday 25/8 from Ketan and Andy. As a technophobe they put me at my ease and set up my mobile for me. One query did occur though, my phone was registered in my late husbands name so was pointed in the right direction to Vodaphone bereavement dept. All handled professionally and registration eventually transferred to myself. Thank you to all staff who put me at my ease. Will certainly sing your praises in future

There was superb service provided. The staff were really welcoming to our needs and tried their best to help us where ever they could. They were very efficient as well, helping us get what we required in no time. If any queries about Vodaphone, they can definitely help you.

Wow amazing service, Joe was great I had a problem with my sim and for numerous days back and forth with the online chat and no luck Joe understood my situation sat me down and sorted everything out for me was really helpful great attitude and really friendly

I was met by a guy I guess was the store manager who listened to my dilemma. He then assigned Rob, the assistant store manager, to answer my question. Rob quickly rectified my problem and I came away a happy customer.
