not reliably open!

Great local shop.

It's closed quite often when it should be open. Not enough staff on the tills. The covid 19 one way system doesn't work. People can approach the tills from 2 directions, so there is a lot of queue jumping which causes animosity.

Tried to post parcel twice 3 o clock one day 9am the next post office shut why advertise it as its pot luck its open bad management.

Do not use the cash point there today I tried to withdraw £200 and it did not pay out. It has not gone back into my account and I have reported it to my bank and the One Stop Staff. I suggested they put an out of order sign on the machine immediately.

Post office is usually closed early or not open at all. Understaffed

This post office is useless, always a problem with staff! It’s never open for whatever reason, when it is open ( which is very rare) they are always at the back door smoking. Needs addressing urgently. If the post office staff don’t want to work, give it to someone who does. I’m not the only person with the same issue. Get rid of the dead wood.

Post office is useless. Made to stand and wait while they deal with a delivery. Why is the member of staff dealing with post not doing a job they can leave for 5 minutes like the others. Every time we use this post office there is an issue, late opening, not open when advertised as open, shut early or out the back having a smoke!

I had to use my lunch break to send a letter (as a 9-5 worker). The lad behind the counter was unable to do post office duties but said two other colleagues would be able to help. Both of them pretended not to see either of us trying to get their attention for assistance. Eventually one of them begrudgingly walked over after visibly shaking her head no. Thanks for taking up my time. I won't bother with that shop again as it's too much for the workers to perform their duties.

Tills never staffed, always have to look for someone to pay.
Discovered a little door at the back of the shop by the car park where the staff gather to smoke leaving the shop with 1 staff member.

Called at 2.50pm to post a couple of parcels.... Was told post shut at 2.00pm. REALLY!

Frustrated with this place. Most of the staff are lovely but always get over charged as their till never recognise the deals. Been like that for years never improves. Very poor management.

The mangers was very poor and left to the under staff who worked very hard while she did nothing
