Wide range of products, clean, reasonably priced, polite, friendly & helpful staff. Also if queues are long, it moves very quickly!
My only problem the Bromley Road branch does not carry alcohols and I love my ginger wine!

The atmosphere in this store is so friendly. Staff are hard working and genuinely try to help and engage respectfully with customers. It's nice to live by a small savers that has a bit of everything from each department, from makeup and skincare to vitamins and household cleaning products.

An exceptionally well-run branch of this national chain. Great COVID-safe measures in place. A very pleasant shopping experience aided by very helpful and cheery staff.

Never thought to review before but after visiting the Lewisham branch and being totally unimpressed with the service, it was only right to recognise the great service I get from the staff at Downham. Well done guys and rhank you.

This is good for your basic toiletries, and picking up cleaning products.
I think it's also a good place to pick up fragrance deals.

This was the old store in my area before it moved to larger premises not as wide range as the new store but I still managed to get everything I needed even if I did have to go to another well known high street store a couple of door's away

Easily reached by bus, but watch out for the correct parking hours if you drive. The traffic cameras and police don't play. Both sides of the road have different parking times.

Nice store loads of products from beauty to household products.
