The best place ever for all your needs. Have been a number of times over the years. The staff are always so helpful and know their products like the back of their hand. Parking can be a challenge but worth it as I don't know a better place.

Got served by a young lad who knew more about hardware than I'll ever know, so if you're not sure about something just ask them they will do their best to help.

I needed a multi point lock for a UPVC back door. I tried local providers but they were unable to tel me which of a range of options was the correct one. However, a local lock smith recommended Northwest Hardware, so I contacted them and they asked for photos, which i sent. They asked for some additional info including specific measurements and at the end of some To- ing and Fro-ing they referred me to a specific lock on their web site. I purchased this on their advice and it arrived today. It was the correct one, fitted fine and was a fraction of the price others were quoting. I am so impressed. Thanks Guys.

We've used Northeest Hardware Ltd 3 times in the last couple of year, twice to repair 30+year old tilt & turn window mechanisms and again yesterday to fix the back door (which needed a new lock).
The guys who come are very pleasant and work quickly & efficiently.
The prices are very fair. I would recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.

Identified a broken, unbranded, 23-year old 4-roller UPVC door lock and conjured a replacement for it in under 5 minutes.

Used Northwest Hardware for quite a few years. Alway top notch service and very reliable.
However, my last order had parts missing from a set of hinges.
An email and a phone call and I received the missing parts next day.
We all make mistakes, it's natural.

To say I am utterly impressed with the level of service and Assistance received would be an understatement. I frequently shop online and am skeptical with the companies that I buy from. I purchased a Roller wheel for a bi fold door and the part did not fit, The assistance and information i received about this part was very much appreciated. I returned as it was an incorrect part and spoke to Rob Walker who was most helpful and professional (In fact everyone at this company including Wendy was very helpful and professional) I was offered a refund. Northwest Hardware is now definitely a company in my trusted list and I will definitely recommend and buy from them in the future.

Excellent service. Our door lock strip had failed, probably 30 years old, so no-one making the parts any more. NW Hardware were able to supply an alternative part that fits, very good price, very quick delivery. I was so relieved, thinking I might have to buy a whole new door. Thank you!

Supplied me with handles for windows and my patio door. The patio door handle was no longer available, but these guys will supply you a generic handle that fits without any additional drilling.
I was able to call and speak to someone who could offer advice on what product to purchase and also how to fit it.
