100 metres from our garden gate. Served me well for the 22 years I have lived in New Inn. Friendly staff always helpful.

I have always found the staff very helpful

I always find the staff very helpful and friendly. I fo feel for them trying to run the post office and serving other customers slows things down. However not their fault and a sign of the times and how post offices are run.

Lots of choice clean and friendly

Always great service, yes service can be a little slow but I think that's due to lack of staff.

Since the post office opened this shop has gone down hill. 1 person trying to serve both the shop and postoffice.

Service is painfully slow , expect a long wait !!

The grumpiest bunch of women I have ever come across… the younger ladies are polite and helpful and the older women are plain rude… always 3 talking and 1 jumping between the till and post office. Will be using the shop up the road from now on

The woman at the shop counter today 27/06/2023 @ 14.30pm is very unhelpful, seems like she doesn’t want to work at her job and can’t process simple actions. I suggest you find new employees

Tried contacting the store, was told to "F off".
