One of the best shops I've been in around Ruislip Manor. The shop owner is always friendly and takes the time to help out with helping me and my wife with our parcels. Great shop owner hope to see more of these owners in the coming years in Ruislip Manor

2 big flags wrong with this place.
The 1st is the man always refuses big parcels from Evri because of space. If you don’t have the space pal, stop taking parcels or clean up your shop and make space.
2nd is the woman who sits in the shop is just rude and has no etiquette, no thank you, hello or goodbyes, not even a smile.
I often go here because i find it convenient but am so often turned away because of space.

The woman at the desk is straight up rude, couldn't care less about customer service, is constantly on her phone and deliberately uncommunicative. My main gripe is with the man who owns it - he recently took on Evri deliveries but every time I go in there with a box, he tell me that I can't take it because it's too big, even though it's well within the measurements. He talks to me like I'm taking money from him - they really are a joke in in that shop. I would not recommend them at all and I refuse to give them my custom going forward.
