We were very well looked after by Jem, and bought 2 suits, a load of shirts and extra trousers. Great service and nice large shop with a variety of choices and competitive pricing.

I’ve been an avid customer of H&C over the last couple of years. Today, I visited the Jermyn Street store for the first time to purchase a suit.

The service I received was nothing less than phenomenal. I have a bodybuilding physique, therefore, proportions on a suit for me is quite tricky. Nevertheless, Sofia and Derrick (the manager, I believe) (if I recall their names correctly!), were impressively attentive and looked after me with great care. I was so impressed with the service, I decided to purchase two suits the same day!

Derrick recommended a tailor and went above and beyond by personally escorting me to his chosen tailor a few streets away! Everyone was so polite and courteous, I felt it was a truly hospitable service. Thank you to everyone at the Jermyn Street store. I will definitely be coming back for all my suit and tailoring needs as usual. See you again once I outgrow another fine suit!

I had a great experience after looking for some formal shoes here. I was looked after from the moment I walked in and felt at ease. I was left directed but not pressured, and tried on at my own pace. Picture this: the year is 2023, it's a Saturday at the start of November, there’s a chill in the air and the Christmas lights are up on regents street, party season is upon us. You walk through the door of Hawes and Curtis to a to a warm welcome on the look out for a dinner suit to don in preparation for the festivities to come.
The selection is strong but the classics are classic for a reason so that’s where we start. Being a rugby player the build doest lend itself to suits, but in a moment of confusion and despair, Alehsandra is a light in the dark. A friendly, insightful voice to help guide shoppers to sartorial bliss. Equipped with just some pins and an efficiency that only comes from experience she made a nice suit something special, guiding us through the alteration process with ease. She made what could have been a chore of a shop into a light and joyous experience where we left feeling like we had something magical.

I’ve been to Hawes & Curtis a couple of times so far and on both occasions I found a good customer service and nice shirts for very affordable prices.

Their staff members tend to be friendlier and more willing to help compared to the other shirts shops on Jermyn Street hence why I’ll keep going back in the future.

10/10 service from Jack! Helped me find a very close substitute to an impossible to find tie and spent the time to find the perfect fitment for my shirt size. Friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in - could not be more helpful, and spot on with the recommendations!

What a haven for professional women's clothes! The women's line is tucked downstairs, which is a shame given how hard it is to already find work outfits (usually too sexy or too frumpy square!). Iryna was so helpful, from sizing questions to styling to color schemes. You may need to order online to get the right size, but you can pick up what you want after trying things on. It took a few times of trial and error but the suits are perfectly tailored to be fitted yet not overly showy. Love the shirt design options, from super formal to fun personality. And price to value is amazing! I'm spreading the word about Hawes & Curtis to all the kickass females in my life. You have to come to this location though - the other store locations only offer a small shirt selection.

I am a meticulous customer, but Aleksandra assisted me in getting my suit tailored perfectly for me, taking care of the smallest details. A lovely experience, and a lovely suit.

Aleksandra was incredibly helpful when I needed some items for a black tie dinner when I had outgrown my previous set! She quickly found the necessary items , helped me alter them and everything was seamless for my event less than 24 hours later - phenomenal service and really appreciated

Eddie helped me pick out the perfect linen suit for a friend's wedding in France. He even had it tailored in record time so it was ready the same day for my flight.

Got a couple of shirts from the store yesterday, received a very good service from a lady working there called Gloria. She went above and beyond to find the last couple of shirts which they couldnt locate on the shop floor. Very professional in marking the require tailoring also! Ask for Gloria :-)
