Absolutely love this place, such great choices on most things. Quality items and good prices too especially when they have offers on. Cafe is very good, prices good and excellent variety. Staff deliver excellent customer service here.

Love this shop. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Product range is good and reasonably priced. Parking is good. Could find everything I needed. Can't think of any negatives.

I visit this shop more often than I should and it is always a pleasure. Last visit, Alison, at the check out, was informative about products, helpful packing, friendly and chatty but efficient to not keep anyone waiting. Thank you.

I've always considered Dunelm as a 'cheap and cheerful' store, but the truth of the matter is, everything I've ever purchased from them has proved to be a quality item and has gone on to provide years of useful service!

Great price bedding kitchen bits and pieces lights curtains blinds

Good stock levels reasonable prices and very cheery staff. Cafe is ok but not great if you like good coffee.

Chap on made to measure was helpful and offered up lots of advice and handy tips. Will be back soon.

Went here to buy curtain poles and hold backs, got exactly what I wanted, and will go back to get some other bits I saw. Good value for money.

We had previously brought curtains from Dunelm and required a further matching product, which we found difficult to obtain on line, a store visit was resolved by Maurice who offered practical advice with professionalism and solved the problem, this was first class service.

I took my elderly parents today and they really enjoyed the visit. We had a very nice lunch in the Pausa cafe, excellent value. My Dad was delighted by the extremely clean handicapped toilets. Very kind staff who couldn't do enough for us.

My friend and l visited this store yesterday. I have never been in such a friendly helpful store. The lady on the curtains depart had wonderful ,knowledge, patience and helped my with my friend with her curtains to a very very high standard.( Sorry l can’t remember her name She then bought 2 garden loungers and the lady on the checkout arranged for Richard to come and help her load them into the car. What a wonderful team they are

Great place to get anything for the home. Went in to get lace curtains and expandable curtain rail, staff were on hand to help me find what I needed. All reasonably priced.

Good variety of home products at reasonable prices.

Great shop, really big inside and filled with quality items for your home. I ended up buying a double duvet set, lamp shade and curtains all for £80 which I think is a bargain. I'll be going back for some kitchen accessories soon

What a lovely shop, well stocked and helpful staff.
We went to the Chichester branch for some new bed lining. So glad we did, found a lovely shop with well stocked shelves and very helpful staff. One of the staff even searched the stock room for the correct size blind we needed.
Only wish we could give some more stars for “Good service and fare pricing”.

Went here for teddy bear blankets to put on beds at my caravan as family were coming to visit over Xmas. These blankets are lightweight but warm & good value for money. The store has a decent amount of parking & hand sanitizer on entry. Plentiful choice of all homeware items, including Xmas gifts on this occasion. Went in for one item but came out with several including sarnie toaster, blankets, slippers & 2 tier dish drainer perfect for my daughter in law's tiny drainer. Money well spent & not to pricey.

I love this shop! They have great selection of home items such as curtains, beddings, furnitures, kitchen tools, etc.

The furniture, beddings, curtains section however is quite expensive but the kitchen stuff prices are reasonable (pots, pans, etc). They sell good quality stuff.

The shop is also very tidy and organized plus the staff are really helpful too. Definitely worth a visit! You will most likely find what you're looking for in Dunelm.
