Went in looking for plain T Shirts for my daughter to work as a waitress. Met young lady called Abbey who was so polite and helpful and could not have offered greater assistance. She was also wearing one of the t shirts I was looking at which assisted my to make a final choice from those on offer. Amazing value buying in bulk ! Thank you so much - a very pleasant shopping experience

New Next store, from early 2016. New fittings and fixtures, big, easy access changing rooms. Bit too bright for my liking, and the white light can change the colour of clothes, so when you get them home they aren't quite the same.

Found what I needed to buy and I took it to the nearest till. Waited a few seconds and realised that they was no staff in the vicinity. Walked to the next till and a shop assistant, then saw me and walked over to the till and served me. The lady assistant was helpful and courteous.
