This branch of Iceland is very good. Staff are very polite and helpful. I'm moving soon and this Iceland isn't too far away so I will be using it more often. The free delivery service from the shop will be handy as I will be using a mobility scooter or bus.

I went into the store today. The stock levels were excellent and very well presented. Very well organised throughout and staff friendly. The best shopping experience I have had since lock down began.

Staff was very polite and didnt put my food through a hundred mile a hour so it was easy to pack everything into the right bags
Only fault is the car park is very bumpy lumpy so pushing a shopping trolley is very difficult

Iceland Hayes is the best Iceland shop in the world. It's clean, fully stocked, wide isles and great special offers ! The staff could improve on their customers service though.

Its a clean store and tidy. It has cheap food so will have a lot of Chavez and singal mothers there. Your find there are big quses as there are only ever 2 tills open.

Iceland in Hayes is excellent. It sells a good range of frozen, fresh & store cupboard foods and is always well stocked.
