A lovely delicatessen with lots of local produce, fresh bread, cheese & deli section! Good range of options, beers wine and gin at the back of the shop! It’s bigger that it looks from the outside, a great find for lunch supplies ⭐

Delicious cakes, very generous slices too! Friendly helpful service. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wow-- what an absolute gem of a little deli and market in the heart of Cley. The bakery is unbelievable. Try to turn up for a fresh slice of the pear and ginger cake fresh out of the oven. You should be so lucky! Short walk to and from the beach, and Picnic Fayre is the perfect place to begin and end it. We will definitely be back.

Brilliant delicatessen with a huge range of locally sourced foods as well as a large selection of international food. If you enjoy cooking from scratch and need some unusual ingredients, then you are sure to find them here. The bakery section is very good, and if you are looking for ready-made picnic food to take to one of the nearby beaches, then this would be an ideal place to make your purchases. There is a car park close to the shop - parking in Cley is otherwise a little tricky. Great store also selling wines and beers.

We stumbled upon Picnic Fayre a few years ago when walking from Wiveton to Cley, and I am so glad we did!
I've visited it every time I've been in the area since, and it never disappoints.
Amazing variety of cakes, savoury pastries, wines etc...

We had a short break in Cley-next-the-Sea and the amazing Picnic Fayre Deli meant that we had wonderfully fresh, local food every day. Incredible selection and always a friendly face.

If this was your local shop, you'd be a very happy foodie indeed!

Early Sunday morning, passing by a beautiful small city, we are looked any place where we can get breakfast we find this wonderful store the store still was closed, we were able to buy coffee and a delicious breakfast. Thanks to the friendly staff.

Wow what a find in such a small village, the sheer amount of local products they have is a must see. The crufins made in the village are addictive and NOT to be missed

First time there and couldn't believe the amazing array of food they had. A great selection of cheeses, so many wonderful pies including vegan, the artisan bread choices were so good, homemade cakes to die for and so many jams and chutneys to choose from. If I lived in Cley I'd be buying so much each week. Will definitely be going back next time in North Norfolk and taking a big bag ..

It's been our favourite shop in Norfolk for years. Great selection of quality food ideal for a sandwich or picnic on the beach. Easier to get to than the beach and they have their own car park. Beats supermarket food.

Despite visiting Norfolk for years we only tried this place recently and wow, lovely food, great savoury selection and absolutely stunning cakes. There is a good selection of other deli produce as well, we will be most definitely back. Parking on street is limited but there is a carpark towards the rear of the building.

What a wonderful emporium, very pleased to have discovered this while staying in Cley. There's a magnificent selection of local produce, the bread and cheese in particular is delightful and the fresh fruit and veg choice is extensive. The staff are all welcoming and all in all it's a must visit. If they have them, the scotch eggs are most highly recommended.

Amazing find! Good sized car park just a few feet from the shop. Loads of different items from jams to sauces and fruits and vegetables. Really enjoyed my visit and can't wait to go back! Also managed to grab a slice of cake to go! Nom nom! X

A beautiful place - full of an amazing selection of fresh vegetables outside and an array of delicious supplies inside ranging from balsalmic glaze and vinegars, local honeys, quality olive oils, fresh breads/sourdoughs cooked fresh for you on the day, to an anbundence of worldwide and local condiments, along with a nice small collection of wines and local ciders. They also serve lavazza coffee to go, which was perfect to enjoy alongside the sublime homemade cakes and portuguese tarts i purchased :)

I love this place! Locally sourced fresh produce, something different from the supermarket, well worth a ride up the coast to go here!
