Tesco Superstore

I needed my tyre pressure done as light showed up when driving (panic set in) I also needed petrol so popped into Tesco petrol station at Potters Bar and filled up.
When paying I asked if anyone could help and show me how to use their tyre pressure machine.
A lovely lady named Fiona, did not hesitate in responding saying she’d get some help for me . I moved my car by the machine and it was Fiona who came out and helped me with the whole process . She gave me tips for when I attempt it myself next time. 10/10 for Fiona.. her friendly approach and her professionalism. So much appreciated

Has everything I need. Aldi price matched, an in store Costa, great selection of products, petrol station and a hand car wash that uses autoglym cleaning products. Makes the car shine. What's not to love.

I've always enjoyed shopping here whenever I am at Potters Bar. Surprisingly, it may be a grocery store but I enjoy dropping in whenever I am in the area. I can't say that about many other stores. There's something about the layout of the store and range of products that I like. The staff is always friendly and helpful. One of my favourite Tesco stores.

I come to this Tesco every day as I run a catering business and I would like to give a special shout out to Peter who works extremely hard in the car park collecting all of the trolleys. Every day I arrive at Tesco’s he has a trolley waiting for me, which he hands to me, and when I leave with my shopping he offers every single time if I want help packing it away in my car. This kind of customer service comes natural to Peter but it should never be overlooked. Companies have a tendency to only support managers and suit wearers but people like Peter are the heart and strength of the whole operation. I wrote this today so others can see this and have a think about how far a message like this can go for an individual, or even a thank you. Be kind to everyone, everyone is equal when you take away titles and leadership.

My contacts with the staff at Pottersbar branch whether for food direction, info/return desk or at the pay counter have always been polite and helpful. I almost love shopping there, the fruit/nut bread is my special favourite, I buy two, one for freezing. All the individual staff personalities always shine through to me without being condenscending, I nearly always leave with a contented smile on my face. Thank you management for their superb training and choosing the right people for the job. Peter.

Click and collect guy Jay deserves special mention, always very friendly and helpful, goes above and beyond to help. So sorry to hear he is leaving, we will miss him!

Love this store. Friendly helpful staff. Love the scan and shop, it makes shopping so much quicker and helps me to keep check on my spending. Sometimes used to shop also at Morrisons but find quality and range are better at Tesco now. Als scan and shop gives me more time for my cup of coffee in Costa. Just one thing with regard to parking. I notice people who are clearly young and fit with no blue badge using the disabled bays... I saw a fit young lady today who has her business contact details plastered all over her car in pink do just that. Please show consideration. You might actually NEED a disabled space yourself one day!

Just came here with my friends! They really enjoyed their shopping experience and I did too.

It's my local store right on my doorstep ...also has Costa coffee inside so you can shop and after have a coffee &snack ..

This is a spacious supermarket that stocks the greatest amount of items in the whole town. Furthermore it is open till late in the night making it easily accessible and without a doubt the best supermarket in the Potters Bar.

The staff at tesco potters bar are always polite helpful and have a smile at every checkout. Shopping isn't brilliant at any time but at least it's made easy when the wife and I shop.

I regularly shop in tesco in potters bar plenty of parking. All the staff are all professional and helpful. Always happy to assist all the customers. Also very friendly.

TESCOS is hands down the best supermarket north of London. We are, however, deeply saddened that it seems as though they’ve discontinued supplying Cholula hot sauce and lime & pepper seasoning. With that aside, we cannot imagine ever shopping anywhere else.

Lovely, Have nt been to potters bar Tescos for some time. So when I went there today I saw all the changes the store has done so far. Very nice it's looking really smart.

Good size, well organised and tidy with lots of tills

It my local not Much else I can say here always well stocked team are fairly nice and self-service is usually a breeze.

Lots of good variety of foods, etc, great offers, aisles well labelled, helpful staff & good / convenient parking facilities. Thank you!
