Great vape shop. Yasmin is very knowledgeable and always happy to help & advise. The shop has a good selection of oils, nic shots/salts and coils with a good selection of vaping hardware for everyone from beginners to experienced vapers. Their loyalty scheme and great staff will keep me going back there even though other vape shops are closer to me.

I've always found vape shops to have some of the best customer service in retail and Carmichael's in Thame does not disappoint! Yas was fantastic in talking me through the different options, very knowledgeable and relatable, the entire experience was brilliant. Thanks so much for your help today and will most certainly be back.

Very helpful staff, large selection of juices and devices and although they have the answers to all your questions….. they don’t launch into the sales pitch every time you ask one, unlike other vape shops I’ve visited.

We used to go to Sparkz but after a great first time customer experience I can only rate this place 5 stars! They dont try and sell you the most expensive stuff but something based on your preference, they have great juices and recommend the right ones. Over-all great customer service. This'll be our go to vape shop and highly recommend it to others.

Great staff, well stocked with quality goods +++ go the extra mile for special requests of spares. Only open at 10am every day coz the staff live well out of town.
