I went to collect a parcel that had been delivered to the store but due to an apparent error by the parcel delivery company the collection code I had did not match the collection code on the system. As such, the lady behind the store was rightly reluctant to hand over the parcel. I spoke with the owner of the store who assisted in resolving the difficult situation and showed the customer service that was completely lacking by the delivery company in question. Have no hesitation in recommending.

I couldn’t disagree more with the negative review below. Anybody who has ever served me at this shop have been helpful, polite and friendly. What a great little shop to have at the bottom of your road!!

Great for collecting and dropping off parcels. The woman needs to do a customer service course.

This shop just opens whenever they feel like it. They do not follow any opening hours. Three times I’ve gone to collect parcels and they were shut when they should have been open.

Very rude woman at the counter, I try to avoid going to this shop because of it but sainsburys is so much further so I end having to go there sometimes and always regret it.
Such a shame, I like to support local shops and this is very close to my home so convenient but she should really learn customer service, or just basic human decency.
