Toby was helpful to a fault. I explained that I needed new front and rear wipers and for them to be fitted. Toby got them from the shelf for me and fitted them while I was doing grocery shopping next door. Toby was courteous, polite and professional to a fault!!! Couldn't be more delighted with my experience.

I wanted a quick repair for my grandsons bicycle as he is always using it. The guy was so helpful and managed to get it sorted in 2 hours at. Whilst he was extremely busy, with customers waiting, he still willingly helped with choosing lights for the bike. Well done Halfords some decent customer service

Excellent Customer Service when visited on 1/2/24. The Halfords Assistant was very Helpful and could solve the problem what asked him for. He gave me Good piece of mind. I was very Impressed with this very Helpful person. He was called Mark. I recommend Halfords for your vehicle requirement, not the main car manufacturer. It is a lot cheaper for your pocket. Jack - I think that’s his name. He’s the one with the big beard! Always really helpful and friendly every time. Had a good in-depth chat with him about products and he provided me a solution that I have been trying to resolve for yearsss when applying wax! Extremely friendly and approachable!

Preston was very helpful. He assisted me with getting the correct light bulbs for my wife's car. Not the first time in Halfords in Stamford, enjoy shopping there.

Charlie was super helpful and really friendly! Plus she didn’t make me feel stupid when I couldn’t work out how to pop my bonnet🤣 Fitted my headlight really quick, great at her job :)

Mark fitted two headlight bulbs for me while I waited. He is a friendly and cheery guy who went about the task with calm and measured confidence. I’m very pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I’m a satisfied customer.
