Friendly staff has amazing fast service. Also doesn't have very long queues. I would recommend to anyone for drinks and snacks even if you are in a hurry. Has Hermes for parcels.

First time user for Hermes print and post. I must say the shop owner almost did the whole thing for me

Friendly people. Jay and his partner are so friendly. But the new guy they hired, i never had a good experience. I once went to the store to drop off a parcel, it was nearly closing time and he said it was too big, and literally refused and told me to go to the store Surrey Quays which was closed, J always accepted my parcel and he was saying no, there is no space when there was space. It was nearly closing time, so I wasted 15 minutes there and back with the parcel that J would have taken. I went back the next day, and J took it with none of that nonsense. Then my last experience, he said there are prints on the box, Hermes don't accept it, and he says we will take it this time. I guess that is challenge, when he is left alone, he is probably not doing the best to cater for customers. :( Shame.

The place closes randomly during their own business hours. I go out of my way to get there because it's supposed to be open only to find out they either decided to close early or opening late or not opening at all. The shop is okay but it's getting really annoying and pretty frustrating that they systematically waste my time.

HORRID, RUDE, MISERABLE Shop Keeper! will never use this shop again! Its my local hermes and amazon shop but the shop keeper always has something to moan about or refuses to take my returns. Last time he told me not to come in his shop again because i refused to leave my pram at the door. (i was the only person in the shop so my pram was not in the way) Its a shame he gives it a bad reputation as the slim guy in the mornings is really nice

AVOID BY ALL MEANS.

What a sh!t show of a shop. The owner/cashier practically hates customers. Always lying that the cash machine is not working, the Hermes machine is not working and even the oyster machine!

He never wants to serve. He is rude, intimidating and extremely arrogant - particularly to women and suspiciously a bit more tame with men. Even when I’ve had visitors round and they’ve popped in to top up their oyster for their home journey, they ask me ‘what is wrong with the man downstairs’ because they’ve been treated so shabbily

This shopkeeper/business is a real shame to the local community, and I wouldn’t even go there if Fredo was 5p. He’s running it into the ground.

Data protection of the Evri parcels is a joke there. The guy asks you to go to the back of the store and select your parcel, from 3 shelves of parcels?! Any fraudster could go in, claim to have a parcel to collect and then take photos of the names and addresses and walk out. The fraudster could then claim his/ her parcel hasn’t arrived. The shop staff would be non the wiser.

Save yourself the hassle of identity theft and use Classic Dry cleaners outside tesco.
Their parcels are scattered at the back, but at least you know that fraudsters aren’t taking photos of your name and address on parcels with their smartphones or go pro cameras.

I have never met such a cantankerous, miserable shop assistant.
Arrived Wednesday with fully packaged return for Amazon and was told I had to remove the packaging and take it away with me.
The following day I had to return another package to Amazon, so this time I did not include any packaging, as specified by Amazon.
Only to be sent away by the same shop owner, stating "You need to package this up, or I will not accept it".

In short I would highly suggest that if you have to use an Packageless Evri Parcel Shop, do not use this one.

Also, if you have general shopping to buy, Cost Cutter / Co-Op (100 yards up the road) has a much better range & price point, along with service that always has a smile.

The old man there is a complete joke. Always find excuses and lies about the Evri machine not working. hope your shop will close soon as you don’t want to work.
Avoid
Ps: if you’re looking to buy groceries CostCutter is just next to it and 100 times much better in every aspect
