I wanted to write a review on a particular Maxi deals branch in my local area Harlesden.

I have to commend the branch manager and the well trained staff because they give outstanding 👏 customer service, in professional and friendly manner, I'm always treated in fair and welcoming way from the branch manager and other staff members , that always leaves me happy ,well catered for and satisfied. which makes It a true pleasurable shopping experience.

Also I like to comment on layout of this branch is also beautiful presented and organised making very easy and accessible to shop.

This store is a fine example for others stores to follow and a great asset to your company.

Lot of different products with a good price, also they have friendly and helpful staff!

Good value

This shop is ok but you gotta check the dates on each items as most of the items are pass the best before date and still being charged at full price with no indication that it’s pass best before. If they want to sell best before they should have a whole section decided to that with a sign and reduced prices . I would say 90% off food items are pass best before .

They want to sell me 3 packs of filters for 3.87. The guy told me it is 1.29 each box. I went to the nearby shop and bought tge same product of 3 boxes for 1 pound.
I change my rating because they replied.

Nice clean shop, Staff are to interested in catching shop lifters. I wouldn’t put my life on the line for a £1.25p can of air freshener lol.

First and last time. Was walking around the store waiting for my mum to finish her shopping and as I’m going up to my mum at the till some guy working there grabs my bag from behind and starts looking inside accusing me of stealing and when another customer scolded him saying that I haven’t even left the store for him to be grabbing me and instead of admitting his wrong he started shouting at us both, denying the fact that he grabbed my bag and essentially told the nice lady to mind her business. Another member of staff had to apologise for him. Someone get this man some customers service training, absolutely disgusting and immature behaviour. It’s a shame they wasted all that time and money for this waste of a store, Poundland was better.
