I love going to this place. Its cheap and it has home essentials. From my experience, the cashiers are very nice, polite and helpful. They have items under 1 pound to.

I been going to Sam's pound stores in Wembley/Harrow for years and now its down my road so happy. I walked in and pretty much had everything I wanted inside ofc I was excited. Ofc stuff all around as they are filling up stock and fixing up stuff, not sure when store was open as it replaced the argos which was there. Fantastic prices, items are all pretty much £1 ofc there are some items which are £1.25 it will be labelled it's like 5% of the items. Friendly staff and I will be back for more.

Everything is affordable here. I wish they sold more cat food here . The staff at this place are rude and don’t understand anything. Also they leave delivery’s scattered around the store and when you ask for help as you can’t reach items due to the delivery blocking the way the staff play dumb and then walk away. The store needs to change its layout and make sure staff clean up and sort out the shelfs

Nice shop but is being let down by a greedy Parking company running a scam with this car park. People visit assuming there is a 2 hour free parking for shoppers as there is a Tesco next door. A couple of weeks later you will get a penalty charge notice. They want you to pay £1.20 per hour to shop here.

The lady on the till that wear’s the hijab, is so unfriendly, arrogant, and in general come across as a miserable cow!. She’s snatches the cash out your hand and once you have paid, she’s totally ignores you and she’s straight back on her mobile phone. If you hate your job so much, Quit!.

Store where OUR OF DATE products are being sold especially by the check outs.
FAULTY, BROKEN, OR USELESS items can be found. RUDE LIPPY MANAGER, cashier that fails to understand basic English, bit really good at talki back at customers, security guy breaths through your neck. ALSO I found items which contained sugar limits way beyond UK LAW allowed to sell.

Not a good experience, based on many visits, price hike around 25% so many items at 1.25. Manager and staff needs to be trained that customers are the most important in the store.
