Thanks to Aaron who was the only person in store that was willing to help me find my parcel. I’m only giving 5 stars because of his great service. The rest of the staff was rude and unwilling to help, especially the short, older man with white hair.

A mind blowing experience ! I was in this Sainsburys when the layout of the vegetables triggered a deep and personal acid flashback. I saw rivers running, children being born and stars collapsing. I believe I was staring at a ripe Turnip for so long a staff member asked if I was okay and offered me a cup of water.

Wonderful shop, and great staff.

Honesty is everything! On a rushing day I got a coffee and some bobs and paid in cash at the self check out service, forgetting my change. A honest customer after me and lovely staff, and my change was returned when I enquired about it the next day!

Great location that's easy to reach in the near middle of Hackney. Good selection of products and store is kept clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful even the customers some times are not. Good alternative to Tesco near by.

Of course I would prefer a Waitrose or even better an M&S around the corner. But Sainsbury offers decent prices and the convenience of being here. For the weekly shopping we prefer Lidl though.
