Absolutely amazing place, the owner & staff are very friendly and helpful, whenever I've needed advice, they always have been on hand to advise. I buy all my fish, food and tank stuff from here these days, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I have recently gotten back into fish keeping and couldn't be happier with the service that Glen and his team have provided me. He is probably one of the kindest, most helpful gentleman i know and is always willing to do what ever he can to help his customers.

What a great place. I didn't get a good look at the fish (I was afraid I'll get some, and really don't have anymore space for them) but the aquarium plant section is amazing. By far the largest selection of plants I've seen to date. Healthy. And affordable, realistic prices. Please keep it up!

The staff are friendly, helpful, polite calling me "sir" and "gentleman" and they seem to know their stuff. This establishment also has a "family run" vibe. They have a wide range of products, ranging from freshwater fish to salt water fish, including everything needed to setup and maintain your own aquarium. This fish shop is the only fish shop that I would recommend to other fish owners or those wanting to become a fish owner.

Great shop for all aquatic needs. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help where they can. The fish are fantastic quality, the tanks and equipment are very reasonable, there is ample parking as well. Highly recommend a visit :)

1st time today. Was welcomed and excellent service. All the guys were knowledged and offered alot of information. Bought several tropical fish. Now all settled in my tank.

Have worked in Hertford area for 14 plus years drive past this place on a regular basis, but never used it. Got to say when in for the first time last week for a simple thing of a bulb for the UV filter to my pond, Cameron was very friendly, very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure which is nice when you’re in sales yourself
popped in again today for something simple met I believe the owner extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and on top of the prices are very good as well. Wish I knew about this place years ago would highly recommend.

Went there for the first time with my husband yesterday, they were really friendly and helpful with advising us on setting up our first saltwater tank. We will definitely be buying all our equipment and fish from them. Been to other places but were nowhere near as good. Fish look healthy. They've got a great selection of tanks and fish, and the miniature turtles are adorable x

I have been purchasing my aquatics supplies from this little warehouse for the last 3 years, the staff and management are friendly and knowledgeable. Any issues I have had, have been swiftly dealt with. Very little issues with livestock, and a good selection of cold water, temperate and salt water types. Plants are well priced and available 99% of the time. Dangerous territory in the tank department as there's always a well priced 'upgrade' available :)
I have never run in here for something they didn't have available.
I run a temperate 215ltres tank bought and delivered by this establishment, my livestock have mainly come from here. I will be sad to be moving away this year as I have built up a good relationship with the staff here and I look forward to popping in regularly for supplies.
I just want to wish them all the best for the future and thank them for all their knowledge and help over the last few years.

Spoke to a young man called Ollie very helpful and good customer service, tanks are clean and fish are healthy.

Popped in on Monday and spoke with a very experienced man called Paul. I had a box filter system for a pond and needed a uv light and other bits, I didn’t really have a clue. Paul sorted it all out and even cut down piping and glued pipes in place for me, despite being very busy at the shop. A real old school customer service experience. I won’t ever go any else from now on. A truly great experience and such friendly staff.

The advice we received was incredibly accurate (I like to check because I've experienced total rubbish advice in the past), I did my homework before going to fill my 700ltr Community aquarium, the young gentleman who served us knew his stuff, Highly recommended friendly, happy staff. Great place. Glen and the team are fantastic. Jack so helpful. All very approachable good knowledge great selection of fish. Helped me rehome about 50 of my fish. I don't go anywhere else for my fish
