very friendly and helpful young ladies at the counter. Went above and beyond to help sort out a post office problem. Never had anything but good service from them.

Really helped me alot i couldnt reach the top and they helped me i was 20 p off and I said i will pay tomorrow and they trusted me and paid them ofcourse

Good postal service

Compared to other of lisence shops this one is very nice and clean. But only if you need to buy some food or wine at midnight. Elsewise it's quite poor and expensive compared to tescos across the street. Also sometimes it is open and sometimes closed during the night, so you might end up going to that dodgy of lisence next door anyways...

Good place to drop your bags off at when you watch a game at the stadium.

Thankfully I've had around 5 years of "good" customer service here. I no longer take this for granted. Today it was sullied by an interaction with an individual called Yunus.
I'm awarding ONE star because of him.
He made a simple 2 minute Amazon pick up unnecessarily long. He was belligerent, unhelpful and a tad aggressive. His negative attitude was baffling & unsettling.
I popped in to collect my parcel (as I have successfully done at least 4 times before). The jobsworth refused to hand it over. He ignored my emails & evidence. He didn't even look at my passport after forcing me to return home to retrieve it.
In short, a horrible, timewasting guy, avoid him at all costs.

I'm giving a poor review due to the shop's lack of responsibility/care to ensure the quality of their food products. Photos of two desserts bought today. Will be requesting a refund next time I'm in, Thanks.

Rude. I topped up electricity £80. Moody. No hello. No thank you. Told me off when I decided to spend more. I told him. He wasn't happy. He said don't come back.I Would like to know if the owner have this kind of policy to run business. Races ? I couldn't not see anything else I have done wrong. As I said hello pls ,and thank you.

Very poor range. No longer has a post office and no longer accepts DPD drop offs. Has the distinct look of a business that’s about to be shuttered for good. Shame as it’s ideally located and could with the right management be a really useful 24 hour shop.

You can’t trust their opening hours. Closed this morning when opening hours say 11am. Went to take something to the post office which is now inside and they said the guy was off sick so they couldn’t do it. Convenient but at your own risk.

It's never open so pretty useless. Service also generally tends to be rather unfriendly and surly so I use it out of convenience rather than any loyalty to the shop itself. A better operator could make a lot of this really excellent retail location.

Very rude and manner less people. Really don't know how to talk and serve the customers. Please avoid this shop if possible.

Very pour quality of staff and be very aware about expired food. For 2 weeks I've noticed expired meat food like sausages or ham.
