Tesco Express

New Tesco Express open till 11pm near to Battersea Park. It's an express store so not as big as usual but for its size it had plenty of selection. Everything you might need and the store was clean & tidy.

I had cut my arm nearby and the staff were so kind to help me clean it up, especially Alex

Decent for a Tesco express - staff has always been helpful when required, however due to the size, the store doesn't have a lot of healthy options.

It looks nice from the outside, but they lack diversity and stock.

Everything’s always out of stock, especially water.

I was in the supermarket this morning and I have never seen someone be as rude to a customer in my life as I saw one of its employees, I was leaving when a young man was entering with his dog, at the same moment this employee with an extremely rude tone said that the young man should leave her dog outside the supermarket (no problem with that) but she never asked please and always spoke in a loud and thick tone. When I told her she was being rude she told me to shut up, not keep me where it wasn't my business and get out of her way. When I said that I would call the police for the attitude she was having, she just laughed at the situation, I asked to speak to a manager and they said that there was no one responsible for this. I felt extremely vulnerable, mainly that none of the 3 employees who were there at the time could ever help me in a situation where we were being treated badly and especially that I was asked several times to shut up by the employee. I hope you receive a contact through this review, I hope that said employee has appropriate punishments. and I hope the place revises its concepts about customer care, respect for the consumer and things like that. I will wait for the company to contact me, if this does not happen I am ready to file a lawsuit against it because I have videos that can prove everything that happened. extra things: the employee while passing with goods into the restaurant pushed and hit the trolley on the leg of the customer who was verbally abused.

Staff closes store well before closing time regularly

The shop opens late every morning not 7am as shown . It says open on the website but in reality it's closed and there are at least 15 people waiting every morning outside the shop

The inflated prices in this Tesco are ludicrous.
