The Waterstones in Bromley is always a highlight when here for shopping. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I really like the layout of the store and there is a good selection of books for all tastes.

Amazing book collection for both adults and children lovely children’s book area with a rocket they can play in, children staff are so friendly especially the lady in their yesterday I didn’t catch her name but she was happy to advise my 11year old on what spooky/thriller books to get and told him a little bit about them. Lovely lady

Really good book shop, very helpful staff too, especially when your 8 year old wants everything elsein shop apart from books, which was the purpose of the visit. Will likely go back alone without disruption to look at a few that caught my eye myself

A lovely big shop filled with happily browsing adults and kids sitting on the floor looking through books. Lots to explore and a warm atmosphere with helpful staff. There's a big kids section which might sacrifice a little space to fit in a better adult selection but still, it's a great shop and well worth a visit.

This shop has an excellent manager, Catherine, passionate about books and very knowledgeable.

We went in looking for 2 books for our daughters A level studies. Waterstones had them in stock. We purchased.

After ditching my Kindle and going back to buying physical books, I appreciate walking into this Waterstones. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone working there is so helpful.

The best shop in Bromley and one of the best Waterstones I've been to. Enormous stock of books, nicely laid out store. You can spend hours here and normally find something new and interesting.

I get most of my books here. I can them cheaper on places like Amazon (and have done before) but you know what? We need to support our local bookshops! How nice is it to walk around a huge book store stumbling across books you wouldnt know to even search for? Waterstones has a great variety which is often replenished and rotated. It's peaceful in there so if you wanted to sample a book you can do it at your lesuire of a comfy armchair. Staff are helpful at hand.

While recently visiting from Canada, I purchased a book that was not yet available in my country in paperback. The computer said there was one copy in the store and it wasn’t where it was supposed to be when I was sent over to that section, so two employees helped me hunt all over the store to find it, which we eventually did. Nice store, and helpful staff. Thanks.

Always lovely polite staff. Very well stocked shop. Quiet, nice and roomy shop with every book you could imagine. Quite a few boardgames too. Part of busy shopping centre. Late night shopping Thursday's. Handy lift.

Amazing book store and really helpful staff

This is my favourite Waterstones, just the right size to browse and find something unusual.

Just love popping into waterstones every now and then. I like wandering about in there. First look is craft books then cookery books then to fiction books. I am not bothered by assistants, but if I do need help they are always very helpful. I mention that I got a reading block and the assistant who served me gave me a few tips as she has had the same problem in the past . So I am going to try them.
Also I like the recommendations they have and that they in the store actually read them and giving a personal view.
For once they had a good selection of craft books but I got most of them . But it's still a nice place to pop in.
Long time since I been in , but found a new reading book a Japanese one looking forward to reading it .
Still a lovely shop and plenty of craft books again .
