Great shop. All you need from a convenience store. Also does Hermes postage! Doesn't do fresh produce but it has all the day to day stuff you might need. No minimum on card payments and the owner/tall guy is pleasant and polite.

Very fair prices. £1 for 5L of water?! You could bathe in the stuff... Amazing. Easily my favourite shop in all of London.

Friendly staff and very convenient drop off point for Hermes returns. They are also open late and accept parcels until late which is ideal!

Always so friendly and happy to help. This store is a gem, they have everything you need. It was a godsend during the first lockdown when the main supermarkets had run out of a lot of food - this store still had everything stocked. Thank you for always being so kind!

Owners are so sweet and friendly and if there’s something you like that they don’t stock, they could possibly put a small order in for it. This little store and their owners really feel like a big part of the community around this area.

I used it to return an evri parcel to Amazon. The scanning machine struggled a bit so I had to take a screenshot of my email in order to make the QR code bigger.
I was concerned reading the other reviews, but the staff took the parcel without any problem

Friendly people, and I return all my packages through them (Evri Hermes Amazon) It's always been fine. I'll keep using them and the shop has stuff for emergencies as well.

Lady at the till was very kind and helpful since I was buying stuff and also had to return a Hermes package. Very convenient there was a printing station. However, the older man that worked there kept following and watching me around the store.. was very uncomfortable

My parcel went missing, which was a high value item. According to the tracking It was never collected from the shop. I don't trust them, I won't be using this shop ever again for parcel drop off.

Do NOT use this store for Everi drop off or Amazon return! Very dodgy store! I went to drop-off my Amazon package via Evri. The guy at the till got me to print the label and then scanned the box and then wouldn't accept to keep the box at his store because he doesn't have space to store (even though he only had one box from previous customer). He scans my package and then tells me to bring it back tomorrow when the Evri driver will collect. He is obviously claiming money from Evri for storing the item but actually not storing them (asking customers to bring package back when driver comes to collect). I called Amazon and they told me he should be storing the packages at his store for collection as Amazon are paying Evri for this service. If he doesn't have space then he shouldn't be offering this service. Amazon have now filled a complained with Evri regarding this drop off location.
