Wonderful store! What brings me back to this store in particular is the extremely professional and friendly customer service! I am always greeted with a big smile and compliment. The staff go above and beyond to help me source great deals and even offer to pack my shopping and have on occasions taken it out to my car for me when I have not had enough hands to do so myself. Whenever I order a coffee the cafe staff has my drink hot and ready for me before i have even finished paying. A life time customer right here :)

Always easy to pop in if need milk or snacks etc .( not for a big shop though!)

could do with some self scan machines as there are often queues the length of the shop.needs more breakfast cereals but overall good shop. much better younger staff with good attitudes have recently been hired , two paticular male middle aged staff were unwelcoming and unpolite.

Not always the cheapest petrol but a nice looking petrol station with an excellent M&S shop attached.

I really like this stores its convenient and the staff are always really friendly.

What has bothered me I bought a poinsettia Christmas eve as soon as I got home and unwrapped the plastic packaging saw the soil was bone dry and the plant was dying, I immediately watered the plant anyways lomg story short I tried to save it ended up throwing it today there was no saving this plant.
A waste of £8 isn't much in the grand scheme of things, but I've bought poinsettia before that I've managed to keep for over 2 years...
A bit disappointed really
