Matt and Lucy are great. They both have top notch customer service skills and are so friendly and welcoming both have give me so great recommendations. Always informative but not over bearing wine snobbery. Matt always know my palette and where to point me for good old trusted favourite alternative and Lucy hit the jackpot for me the other week with Calhavera, something I would of even thought of trying but wow wow wow!!!

We had our wedding at Kingscote Barn and were looking for a drinks supplier.

After exploring several options, Majestic truly stood out due to its incredible selection and exceptional customer service.

I particularly want to mention, Matt at the Stroud branch, who has been fantastic since day one. He couldn't have been more helpful, always calling back and providing excellent advice. Additionally, he was flexible with regards to return pickups. I cannot thank Matt enough; organizing a wedding is stressful, and he made the drinks aspect remarkably easy! I highly recommend the Stroud branch, specifically Matt, to anyone, any day of the week!

Collected a box of our favourite wine marques de caseras today .A very helpful friendly knowledgeable lady served me who certainly knows her wine and had visited the actual vineyard in Spain (not jealous )and yes we love it chilled 🍷👍 It’s what Sundays are all about cheers 🍷

We regularly visit this store for both wine shopping as well as Wine Tasting Events and each time it is a joy...
Despite being a wine drinker with many years of experience (!) my knowledge is slim so my husband and I decided to attended this week's presentation of 'Beginners Guide to Wine'.
Matt (I hope I've got this right) was our host and our guide through a comprehensive range of at least 6 different white, then red wines along with appropriate food pairings.
I learnt loads, enjoyed very much the group participation and interaction and can't wait for the next one!
A very professional hour and a half of pure pleasure from start to finish and with the opportunity to purchase at the end what could be better?
We are lucky enough to live nearby so walked to and from the venue leaving our wines at the store to collect OR have delivered next day...

We used Majestic for our wedding at Owlpen Manor - blown away by the quality, cost effectiveness and customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Shop is open for walk in traffic now. Jack was knowledgeable and knew where the stock was, even for a bit of an obscure wine. Good prices, especially for purchases of 6 bottles.

Staff genuinely helpful. Beer doesn't seem as good value add the wine but the spirits selection is good. Own brand stuff is also okay.
