Lovely staff very helpful. Using the self service zapper thought is a nightmare so go to the tills unless you want to have all your shopping taken back out of your bags and staff zap it again. Really embarrassing and a waste of time

Great shop, head for the reduced section as your first port of call

Well not Tesco's fault but there was a customer ( white man with his wife) and swore at me. He called me F words three times and I am absolutely terrified the way he spoke to me..I am not sure if I can go out for shopping again. Please treat woman well every human with respect, no matter what ever back ground or ethnicity they belong to....😭😭😭

Excellent parking facilities. Nice sized store. They have a chemist and a Vision Express on site. A small F&F section. And a Costa Cafe. Nice and clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly too. 🙂

During this pandemic the level of professionalism and organisation of this store and staff should be made a benchmark for all of the stores under the Tesco brand. Polite and helpful staff members makes shopping a pleasant experience, ample parking spaces including parent and disabled spaces. Being disabled myself I'm asked on every visit if I require any assistance proving I'm an valued customer.

Credit to all the staff and management team for all the work you have put in over these trying times.

Timing your visit is important and meant a short wait. The staff were very friendly and helpful with my request to store my sholley trolley. Also the scan n shop was malfunctioning was easily resolved. Plenty of loo rolls now! I was more than pleased

After accidentally being charged double, cash then my credit card by mistake in the fuel station whilst tapping for club card points 3 days ago I revisited the store and spoke to Michelle in the service station who gave me excellent advise and I visited the customer service and and was dealt with by Lisa who quickly assessed the situation and checked tills and very quickly apologised and reimbursed me.
I can’t thank Michelle & Lisa enough, a credit to Tescos. Thank you from a Happy Customer.

I'd like to thank the staff who work the petrol station today.
They are doing a fantastic job, managed to get some diesel today so I can now get to my shift tomorrow at Broomfield hospital.

I went into store a couple of days ago to buy a inflatable hot tub, I was met by Dawn who couldn’t of done more to help me if she tried... she emptied her own loading crate to put my new hot tub in took me to the till where she then found a strong man to help me out to my car. Wow customer service at its best, Tesco’s you should be proud to have such an amazing lady working for you.

My wife and I decided to visit this store which we use regularly during normal times, to top up our groceries, as we are both in our late seventies, we took advantage of the dedicated shoping time for us oldies, we arrived just before 9 oclock, on arrival we were greeted with a pleasant young lady who dissinfected our trolley handle, in store we found pretty much everything on our list, we asked a couple of questions about quantities we would be able to take, there were some multi buys, which were only available during our dedicated shopping hour, all the staff were chearfull and went out of their way to help, they are a credit to the store, and to Tesco, every one was working so hard, and like our wonderfull NHS staff are constantly in harms way. Well done Notley, well done everyone, well done Tesco.

Just want to say thank you to all the professional staff at Notley Tesco during this time, and that they was handing out free flowers to customers to brighten their day. Didn't have to do it but made people smile.

Staff always helpful they listen attentively and emphathise with customers. If I've ever had a query it's been resolved satisfactorily. They have a community champion who organises the farm to fork events in store to help educate children about food and where it comes from. They also organise events occasionally in the school holidays.

I want to thanks Mr Dave the security guard honestly he was so much Kind and helpful and I definitely I don't want to forget Mrs Rebecca she was absolutely amazing. Thank you very much for your assistance and help.

I must say under the strange circumstances that we find ourselves nowadays.It was very well co-ordinated and organized. the people who were shopping were very understanding and patient.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Always well stocked and well priced too. It's extra special club card prices can help out a lot.

My local supermarket, plenty of parking with car washing available in the car park. Supermarket stocks extensive range of products and staff are very helpful.
