Staff are lovely and helpful. Nice selection of foods.

Fantastic shop, great vibe. Loads of eggs and treats for young and old. Really convenient to have a co-operative organisation so close to me.

Great staff, well looked after and competitively priced. The member card is another bonus. Always shop here...

Great store, wonderful staff

Prices vary with Sainsbury's up and down same road. Milk more expensive. Cigarettes much cheaper. Better variety of prepared meals. Smaller bakery.
Generally more "basic items".
Coffee machine. No charge ATM.

Okay range of food when its fully stocked, but often runs out of things. The queuing system is beyond ridiculous.

This coop chose to stock over 20% of the store with chocolates and sweats - lot more than fruits and vegetable.

Very bad shopping experience but I don’t even blame the staff. Shoplifting has gone so rife now in this area. I was speaking a gentleman called Hussain who helped me out. They’ve had people jump over the tills and loot cigarettes and spirits many times in the last few months. Staff ain’t allowed to apprehend or do anything or they’ll face the sack. Even the security guards cannot detain. What has this city come to! I get the cost of living crisis but this is something else. Staff are overworked doing long hours usually try to make ends meet or are usually international students. 2 people only in the evening is crazy. The company needs to invest more instead of looting the bonuses every year usually earned because of these frontline staff!

After I complained about this store via their website & recieved no reply I decided to write here instead.
This store is the worst co-op I’ve had the displeasure of going in. The main is til is permanently unmanned. The self scan checkouts have had a sign saying ‘Accepted Card’ for months. The cash machine buttons are broken. There’s a recent addition of a security guard who stands in the entrance basically blocking all regular customers from going in and out, staring at us whilst we shop all the while ignoring actual shoplifters as he no power or backup to prevent shoplifting but undoubtedly taking the job of a necessary member of the team. Customer service is absolute zero, staff are relentlessly pushing stock trolleys filling up the store for their Uber collections & customers Instore are an inconvenience. Whoever’s managing this store needs sacking.

Normally, a great service but this morning I went to buy flowers and a member of staff told me I was t allowed them as she was taking them down stairs. Another said it was because they were out of date, but they were dated 9th, today is 8th. They couldn't give any explanation, so, it appears staff are stealing from the store by putting goods downstairs until they go out of date.

Rude, uninterested staff, couldn't care less about you or about customer service.
