3 times I have used this company and 3 times I have been impressed with their service. I have purchased an underslung tank kit as well as spares I have ordered separately. Phoned them Friday 23rd July for advice on a part needed and it arrived Monday 26th July. 5 Stars all the way.

Fantastic support. Interesting to read some of the previous reviews. My experience was totally different. Waited patiently on the phone whilst I took additional pictures to send to the support team, to make sure they could see I had connected the autochange valve correctly. Advised how and where to mount/connect the autochanger to the regulator. Could not have been more helpful. Thank you

My tank came very quickly and very well packaged, however, one item was wrong so sent an email to gasit, within 20 mins I had a call from them and they sent me what I needed. Fantastic company to deal with. Thank you.

We have used Gas It on numerous occasions and have had fantastic next day service with every item. They have always been first rate with looking after us nothing is to much trouble. Keep up the good work chaps!

I fitted 2 11kg bottles to my motorhome. Delivery was quick and parts well packaged. Everything was easy to fit that anyone with reasonable DIY skills can do.
A wide range of parts are available to suit a particular application so allowing for a cost effective installation. I have had Gaslow previously fitted to another motorhome in the past which was much more expensive. Gasit is of equal quality and simpler to fit.

Very helpful and answered any queries I had before purchase. Have responded quickly to additional fitting questions once deliverrd. No issues at all and would use again.

Hi I have spotted the perfect number for you on dvla registrations GAS 11T. I'm just being kind and letting you know about it that's all. I thought of you guys as I know of you because I am looking for a gas kit to fit to my car so that I can "legally" ish fill up my gas bottles for my boat. I would be very greatfull if you could give me some advice on the best way of going about doing this and what parts I need to purchase from you. It would be very handy if I could fill up the calor propane and the camping gas 907 discreetly as the 907 is a complete rip off.

Shocking aftersales and technical support, basically none what so ever! They won't answer the phone, no reply to support tickets either, after months of trying to get through I've given up. Absolutely rubbish! I regret ever buying from this company.

Customer service is absolutely non existent! Been trying for days but so far nothing. Purchased expensive goods with parts missing and no where to report apart from a website email that clearly no one checks. Do yourself a favour and go to Gas Low

Terrible customer service - bought an expensive system and was told to ring back to order the remaining parts. was ringing for weeks, left several emails and nothing. cant put in my system without the final parts - BE WARY OF ORDERING IF YOU NEED CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Very poor technical / customer support. Contacted them and have not received even a gnats whisker of an acknowledgement. Clearly they simply can't be bothered.
