Very poor. I purchased a pair of shoes for my wife, who was not present, on a whim which I communicated to the male shop assistant.
They did not fit. I took them all the way back today to be told “it’s only exchange or credit note”. Information which, I feel, should have been communicated at the time of purchase.
The assistant today, told me that it was displayed and that they had been told that’s enough, but also admitted that the policy had changed since a buyout.
No Care was displayed by either member of staff and I will not shop there again. It is a shame when a decent company is taken over by a rubbish one. More staff training!!!

Went into store with son to get a few items and noticed polo shirts had an offer on two for £45,The shop assistant then came up to me and said sorry that's an old offer, very disappointed and only bought a shirt out of principle! I work in retail and if price on item is wrong, you should honour the price. Disgusting customer service and funny but offer is still online, lost a customer and a sale.I did explain that this was really bad but was clearly not up for discussion
