The staff was super helpful. They guided us and answered questions about the designs and the material. It was because of the staff that we were able to buy more than we planned for. The store was well stocked and had good deals. I would definitely go there again.

Staff are so helpful. I tried on 3 pairs found the jeans that were a good fit. But too long in the leg. One of the Levi team said no problem we will alter them and post them to you. I brought 2 pairs. All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Which in this day and age is a welcome surprise. Thanks to all the team. DG

I don't normally review clothes stores but I was there with my daughters, the staff were helpful and we found out that they do alterations to the jeans for free! Great news for anyone who finds that the jeans are a little too long!

Love this outlet! Everyone working here was really friendly and went out of their way to help me find a pair of jeans that fit. The staff were really knowledgeable in the styles and different fits, and this was during a 3 for 2 promotion when the store was already rammed and busy.

Worth checking out for a deal!

The staff went out of their way to help myself and wife, we bought 2 pairs of jeans and the tailor wasn't there, they explained that due to the tailor not being there they couldn't offer us the tailor service but the 2 members of staff twisted the managers arm to get our jeans tailored (we explained we had children and didn't live nearby)

Great service and review deserved. They went above and beyond for us both.

The shop was also mental busy so was super impressed

My son bought me a pair of jeans for Xmas unfortunately too small popped up the shop to change them very helpful staff no problem in changing them. Got home tried them to make sure they were ok realised I should have changed them for a shorter length so today went back again not sure how that was going to go as I’d mislaid the receipt aswell.No problem didn’t have my size but they would get them altered for me with there free service so they so sorted me out there and then and would call me when when they were ready to pick up.superb shop great staff .

Great value for money. Went around this time....yet again..and got super deals on 501s men's jeans. For £35. My brother got a black pair and husband got a stone wash pair.
The best time to get to the outlet is during the summer sale. I got a pair of cheery Levis for £13!!

I recently visited the Levi’s store at Freeport & was immediately greeted by an extremely friendly young man who offered me excellent help in ensuring I felt completely comfortable, answered & assisted all my queries impeccably. This was then followed by even more good service by fellow female workers who again made me feel totally comfortable & a really outstanding service making me feel an extremely valued customer. I cannot recommend the service I received in this store highly enough. A huge thank you!!!
