I rang wakefield store to check on an order. In the preamble waiting to speak to a human I was asked if I would leave a review which I agreed to .However after confirming my order the call ended, hence I'm leaving comments here.
When I ordered my purchases I was told I would be phone to say when products instore.This didn't happen,but this was to my bonus as I wouldn't have spoken to the delightful Anastatia. She was polite a, helpful and had a LOVELY GIGGLY VOICE. THANK YOU ANASTATIA, have a good day.

Needed to exchange an online order for a different size. The gentleman at the till point was extremely helpful and went to get the item in the correct size from the display. As an added bonus, the home delivery charge was refunded which I wasn't expecting. Top service from this gentleman and a credit to M&S.

Nice small store with really helpful staff! Hey Hey I don’t know what’s happening her with all these bad reviews. Go on a Sunday where they are nice.

A massive thank you to all the staff in the food hall that helped my wonderful mum, she was doing her shopping and started feeling dizzy. They got her a chair, gave her a drink, rang her a taxi and made sure she was safely in it with her shopping. I'm extremely grateful to you all, she's doing fine, but you might not see her shopping every Friday. Doctor as told her she needs to take it easy while they get to the bottom of the problem. Your truly wonderful ❤

I went to Meadowhall today for a little black bag, , and although it was not on display a lovely assistant called Joanne, went above and beyond to locate the bag in store.I cannot thank her enough as I have been making 3-4 trips a week on the off chance of the bag being in store as it’s not available on line to order . Bought the £20 Easter deal beef cauliflower cheese and roasts
And sticky toffee pudding.
Just had our dinner and the quality of the food was excellent plenty of it would definitely buy again.

Small store but has a food section which is well stocked.

Really lovely, friendly service. Took my daughter in to be measured for her 1st bra. She was very nervous but the lady helping us was fantastic and really pur her at ease and explained to her what she was doing. We couldn't have asked for a better service.

A classic M&S in a convenient location in the centre of town. Clothing, footwear for men and women. Large food hall.

A great place to visit. Lots of variety, great staff and a clean store.

The staff on click and collect went above and beyond to help me with my purchase that I'd ordered from the app, pair of boots ,the boots are perfect but the staff were friendly,helpful and sorted my order with care and efficiency, the boots wernt due to arrive for another 2 weeks but they were in store so swapped the order over so I could purchase there and then at the orig price ftom the app nothing was any trouble, thank you....Fri 25th November 2022

We shop at m&s food Hall in the ridings wakefield all the staff are friendly and helpful especially Emma who goes above and beyond not matter how big or small. she's always pleasant and friendly. Keep up the good work emma your a credit to the company 😁👍

My wife love the clothes from M&S, but my favourite is the food. Absolutely everything is first rate and I must say, during the Covid19 period M&S have been far better at all the safety aspects than the other supermarkets. The staff at Wakefield have been brilliant. Well done M&S.

Well planned out in lockdown. People on the door making sure of numbers in shop.plus all trolleys or baskets are sprayed with anti-bac.
Staff trying to support customers when queuing up to pay, sadly not all customers understanding the new set up, as if they were in February! Much appreciate the patience of staff and their caring approach to the customers. .

Great food great staff. Wish they would restock the soup faster

After visiting the Cathedral afternoon concert called in at Marks for a toastie & hot chocolate with Wife & cousin. Staff were great & food good. Would call on my own if a few newspapers were available to read.

Very well organised just love this store. The gentleman in the food hall entrance so friendly, polite and obviously enjoys working here. All staff so helpful. Well done M&S

Went for a bra fitting for first time in years, the lovely Olivia did my fitting she was so lovely and kind! Would 100% recommend!
