The Welwyn Garden City branch of Holland and Barrett are always welcoming with lovely staff who will always help you with products if you need to know anything. Been there loads of times - great job you are appreciated !

Popped into the Welwyn branch today, I was greeted my martine who I showed a list of vitamins to which I needed. I’d previously visited a pharmacy without much luck as the actual pharmacist seemed to have a lack of knowledge.
Anyway, martine’s knowledge was impeccable, service and know how with a smile! A breathe of fresh air, she got exactly what I needed quickly and informed me of storage and dosage.
She is one of your finest and deserves to be rewarded!
She even signed me up to loyalty card quickly and easily and I’m definitely one to refuse minor savings, maybe out of ignorance, but I earned 12% back on my spend, very very impressed !

Aside from selling herbs, foods and food supplements for having healthy well being, they have very nice, helpful staff. This shop is very nicely located at Welwyn Garden City train and bus station nearby, which nice shops, restaurant around.

Very friendly staff members, always with a smile and asking if i need help. Staff always willing to help and give advice.Highly recommended.

Store is fine but I have anxiety and the staff always seem to want to chat with you. Management should really consider getting the staff a Tamagotchi or something to keep them busy.

I have got a broken bottle in a box of 3 bottles ,I sent them an email with pictures of the delivered parcel and they said sending me back a new bottle would take 3 weeks thus the out her option is to accept the refund and I did accept such option but I no refund has been made for 2 weeks now ! And I have send them 3 emails with complaints with no reply or feedback ! Simply they took the money and sent me a broken bottle and no reply or refund ! Very bad experience and not expected !
