Screwfix Maldon

More a call centre handler but for an order placed to be collected from Maldon, ended up hurting my leg so called to see if it could be changed from collect to delivered, didn't get his name but he could not have been more helpful along with being a genuinely friendly person. Well done Screwfix, it's why I keep using you!

ive just been down to maldon screwfix, where chloe served me.....i had a brocken drill to be fixed...she couldnt of been more helpfull to me.... she tried to source a casinng for it and in the end got nathan on the case ......he was so good aswell...sortedeverything out for me .a really big thankyou to the team at maldon screwfix especially chloe and nathan!!!!....really professional and customer friendly....great service.... will definatley be using your place again.

I went to Screwfix at Maldon to get a shower bar for our caravan.
I’m getting a bit old in the tooth so I needed help to order the item I required.
The young lady who served me was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I felt immediately comfortable carrying out my purchase.
Her name was Ellie I think.
Screwfix should be proud of their staff if they all like this young lady.

I use Screwfix quite often. Most items I buy are online orders and when I collect I'm out in les than five minutes. The staff are professional and well on it. Can not fault them.

Great to finally have a Screwfix in Maldon. Only around 15 parking spaces so a bit mad on weekends. Remember it's one way system, you can't exit the way you came in 👍
