B&Q Tottenham

Went in couple times to the B @ Q in Tottenham retail park. As a woman I’m not too sure about the stuff I needed so I asked for help… met a man called Alan !!!! Extremely helpful.
He went out his way to bring the sand to my car and another work colleague helped me load up the car. Extremely grateful … happy it’s local

I managed to somehow kill plants that I had for years during a recent house move and I feel awful about it. Those plants were from no where else but this B&Q branch. So heading back here to replace them was a no-brainer for me.

I thought I'd ease a few plants and greenery into my new home to test their response to the place and not buy a whole set to have a massacre on my hands cause my place is cold; heating or no heating.

I saw these two gorgeous umbrella trees at £7 each and knew they had to come home with me.

B&Q can be hot with prices but you get quality.

I bought these two plants and a double sided tape to stick down a runner carpet then joined the B&Q club at the checkout to get a price drop on my purchases. 😆

Cynthia in the garden section was fantastic, very knowledgeable about plants and greenery, she was even able to advise on how to care for plants we bought over a year ago from the store that were not in the best shape. Hopefully she is always there when we look to visit the garden section of the store

Thank you Omar for your help on Fri 5 May. Required a copy of a misplaced receipt. He was able to help. Other staff member said that this was not possible. Also whilst dealing with me. Omar was dealing with a complicated issue for another customer. He was so patient with her for what might have been a complicated issue had he not been there!

I love this store. There are plants, kitchens, bathrooms, blinds, curtains, radiators, tiles, light bulbs, so many items and very reasonable prices.

The product variety can be increased a little more, but I am still happy that a place that produces solutions is in my close vicinity. personnel are also good.

One of the most friendly staff ...they really help even when you have no knowledge of anything..the staff took the time to reassure and explain each product in question and gave helpful tips !

Helped me to obtain last box of deleated bamboo flooring. Manager, Omar, and some other workers Helped because I am disabled and helped to load into my car.

Have to admit it.....this stores very great! Always helpful staff, queue is virtually non existent, most items IN STOCK!

Have and was renovating my mums kitchen....so you can imagine the stress of sourcing materials? Right? Well the only B&Q store to have items needed in stock despite being on of the smaller stores. Absolutely shocking. Once arriving at the store, well it was my first ever first class VIP B&Q retail experience. Thumbs up guys and keep it up!

Customer service and refund procedure very straight forward.

Well set out and items found easily and queues dealt with quickly. If possible needs to be made bigger into a Warehouse store since the Enfield warehouse store down sized to z regular B&Q store

She went above and beyond to ensure that I got my hands on some bespoke parts that I wasn't able to find anywhere else - excellent customer service, we need more people like Cynthia in the world!

Checked online, found item where it was meant to be located. Picked up, cashed out very quickly. Staff at this store on a Sunday afternoon, very helpful. Store was busy, nice to see. Parking at the retail park was a nightmare, very busy Sunday afternoon. Could be as we're so close to Christmas.

I work in construction B and Q is not my main supplier because I get a better trade discount from a different company. However they are very handy for picking up stuff I need when I require unexpected items. Good location, wide range of materials and close late. Would be better if self service was not card only.
