I would like to compliment Marcus one of the Trolley and basket assistants. He is extremely polite and courteous and nothing is too much trouble for him. He even helped me put my shopping in the car as he could see I was struggling. Thank you Marcus.

I always shop at this tesco and find what I need. Plenty of parking. The trolley assistants work so hard always rushing to get the trolleys together for the customers. The shopping hours are great !

Has a vision express inside I come here for my eye tests service is 10/10 staff are great.

Tesco West Bromwich is amazing place to shopping for family,the food is excellent the customer service is excellent friendly staff aways read to help I love doing my weekly shopping with them they prices are amazing for every one big thanks to all members of staff and the manager for there hard work getting everything ready for us and all the customers a big thanks to Daniel, and Sandeep for me help me at self Service, am grateful.

Hi just had an online delivery which was a bit late but driver told me it was due to traffic collision in Moseley! Driver was a great guy who helped me to bag my goods. He was cheerful and friendly and a breath of fresh air! I would give him 5 stars out of 5, brilliant!

Very busy, lots of footfall. Long queues.

Lots of great offers especially with club card prices. Huge variety of food and non food goods. Lovely cafe, friendly staff, clean toilets. Big carpark, next to a variety of other good shops.

I'm just giving feedback on in store cafe, very nice ladies serving, ordered scampi and chips and it was blinkin lovely, was actually surprised how well cooked etc as can be hit and miss with supermarket cafés. Keep up the good work.

Everything I needed for Christmas presents enjoyed it and spent money 💰

Very big and nice store. Despite customers being unable to follow rules staff are very well informed with great security on door watching and keeping everyone safe. Staff were very friendly in regards to helping me find products I needed and also very friendly and enjoyable to talk to when at the check out. Recommend to come during off-peak times as the store can get very busy during the day especially around weekends or holidays.

Only stayed about 15 minutes, was very busy. I personally don't like shopping when there's too many shoppers especially after Christmas sales. Apart from that never had any bad experinces.

Me and my husband would like to commend one of the male staff of Tesco Extra in West Bromwich named 'Danny' who really helped us in moving a massive and heavy appliance from the store, up to loading it in the car. I approached him to help me and without hesitation he assisted us all through out the whole transaction. We cant thank him enough for his good deed. Tesco should be very proud to have a staff like Danny, who's always ready to give a helping hand to costumers.

Been going here ever since it was built, great service and products. Went there for my back to school shop and they had everything that I needed. They have such a wide variety of products from clothes to toys, from food to stationery. It's a great place to visit! 100% recommend!

Today I have contacted the store as I have liar my Halifax reward card. I was in the store in the early hours and was checking if, by some miracle it had been handed in. The gentleman I spoke to was (Sorry if this is spelt wrong) Zu Hair? He is the politest man and was so helpful. He rang me back after a short time to inform me that he was sorry to give me the disappointing news that no card had been handed in. I am full of admiration for this person for his concern and the level of assistance he provided. A very heartfelt thank you to this gentleman 😊😊😊😊.
