Argos Redhill (Inside Sainsbury's)

Big thanks to Kirsty ( I think I got the name right ) for getting clearance for me to collect a further item from Ebay I didn't have the code for. My 3rd visit to pick up earlier items but was unable to do so due to their system being down , not the staffs fault. Service at this store for me has been great over many years. Thank you.

I cannot give high enough praise to Dillon who works here as one of the customer service operatives. Why you ask? He was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the 2 items I desperately needed. A Garmin Satnav and a charger for my Apple Watch. I’d been a complete silly billy and left my iPhone in a courtesy car in Hampshire!! that I had dropped off to a customer in the morning. I felt so helpless. No phone, no navigation, no contact……..no job. I was able thanks to Dillon to complete my afternoon of deliveries. I Highly recommend Dillon and his colleagues in this Argos for their genuine fresh faced helpfulness ……plus they laughed at my awful jokes 😁

I recieved fantastic customer service from Liam and his colleague in this store late yesterday evening.
I was collecting a very large online order that I had placed during the Argos Black Friday deals.
Liam was polite, friendly and considering there were 40 items to get for me, he was still upbeat and very happy to help.
Liam and his colleague double checked every item to insure I had everything, and they even helped me finish packing everything into the bags I had.
I really appreciate when people go the extra mile, and will definitely be shopping here again.

I was at Redhill store last night and found the lady staff member very helpful and not rude at all actually far from it. I was behind the customer who was trying to get a chain fixed and i can say that was not what tale she told, she took a phone call and the story changed. The lady behind counter took the phone and said thats not what your daughter said. The lady then handed phone back saying i cant help you. Unfair review in my opinon as the review from a person not in store. So saying i cant help is rude. very wrong

Been to the argos store in redhill twice over the past couple of weeks and the manager has been there both times and both times he has been extremely helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble and he seemed more than happy to help - the complete opposite to some of these other reviews
