B&Q Redhill

Went in for some pansy's and compost , all great value and the staff were very helpful, special thanks to lovely Luke who helped me out with my compost and was so helpful, makes all the difference.

Excellent customer service by Charlie at Redhill B&Q - went the extra mile to help me with a non-standard request and I arrived near shop closing time, nothing was too much trouble. Professional and friendly.

A good selection of products at very reasonable prices. The member of staff who dealt with my purchases was extremely helpful and courteous. Recommended.

Although it is a reasonably new store. Staffs are around to help if you require it.
It is a small store. However, if you ordered online you can send there if you live locally.

Although a small store nearly all products on B&Q website can be ordered on click and collect for the next day. If there is a problem with an order the staff at Redhill will pro-actively call you and arrange to sort the order. The staff at Redhill have always been very polite and helpful ensuring your purchases are either available to collect from the store or arrange for home delivery.

The best customer service I have ever experienced. Dave the store manager could not be more helpful he went above and beyond for us. As did Jamaar & Sarah - sitting with us for hours. We are currently renovating a property so have had multiple experiences with hardware stores and this is the only time it has been enjoyable they took away so much stress. Thank you!

I'm so pleased this store opened in redhill. Its not the largest b&q but it is well stocked and has all you need. Staff are helpful and friendly and parking is easy and plentiful.

Although they didn't have the item I wanted, helpful staff offered to get the product by the next day

Small-ish new B&Q store in between Redhill and Earlswood, much needed in the area. Next to two other retail stores. Store includes a Garden centre with a small selection of plants and pots. Ample car parking space available infront. Friendly staff

This resently opened store is well maintained and has ample parking. The staff are helpful and friendly and the store has a good range of DIY and garden products.

Very new to the area and a Great addition to the Shops in Redhill (saves the horrible journey to Purley Way in Croydon and having to travel to Crawley.
This WAS the Mercedes Garage folks and next door to Halfords (right by the BP Garage).
Everything is where it should be in this store, so it's not hard to find anything.
B&Q is always tidy, well stocked, organised and a really 'pleasant' experience. Helpful, friendly, warm and knowledgeable Staff....sometimes visiting other Builders Merchants is anything but.
Such a great location for such a great Store.

Lots of parking and a great use of the floor space Not as big as the one in Crawley but very handy for collections of inline orders
