B&Q Local - Palmers Green

Very impressed with customer service. I had C&C, it was heavy, I parked in the nearby car park, they took the trolley out for me to the back exit, I brought my car over & the guy even helped with to load it.
The store is small but well stocked, very useful, I’m sure they will do well.
This has replaced Waitrose & Coop & it’s definitely well suited here.
Well done.

Tip
In terms of the car park, there’s one separate one behind the building on the right - it has yellow squares, print a ticket on your arrival and you get 45? Minutes free, not sure on the exact time, it only applies for parking in yellow squares- please check this info for yourself- Im not responsible for your parking ticket lol 🤣

Brilliant service…very helpful… remember ID if doing click and collect… great car park round the corner in Lodge Drive but cashless although there are 20 spaces for free parking for 45 mins. Will definitely use this B&Q for click and collect again… great for convenience.

It replaced the former CO-OP, it is very small for a B&Q, nice location and products, there's parking behind B&Q local (pay for parking), no garden Centre though

Very handy for buying online and then collecting in store - save delivery cost and having to stay in for delivery - pick stuff up at your own convenience.

Small, compact. Seemed to have the most common items you'd need from this store. Liked it.

Don’t know about other guys, but today at 17:40 picked up my order and the sales person had face as if I owe her something. At my “hello” she said nothing completely ignored it. This kind of attitude I don’t take it personally, but it doesn’t mean its acceptable.
