Not content with using disposable vape pen, I wanted to graduate to box mods.
I visited Juice Shop to browse available mods.

The manager is an awesome guy 💯
His customer service skills are top notch. Unlike most sales rep, he wasn't trying to flog me the most expensive device but was genuinely interested in helping me pick the right product and accessories. He was extremely helpful and showed me how to setup and use my device.

I came in to buy a device but left with the skills and knowledge to use it safely. This will be my #1 destination for all my vaping needs.

It was my first visit, this shop was really great. He was perfectly kind, friendly, thoughtful, and he is the expert about vape!!!😊 There had so many options, and his recommendation was really helpful.
The cost was cheaper than i thought as well.
I will definitely go again when I need to:)

Very helpful and very friendly. After not vaping for over a year I needed new batteries and while they went were temporarily out of stock, I was given advice which nearby stores would have them. The shopkeeper allowed me to check my device using their batteries and gave me advice regarding the coils for my mod as well as advised me which new juice flavours are trendy. Overall very helpful and informative.

After looking all over London for vapes, I'm so glad I came across this store. Super friendly and helpful service with good prices!!! You should definitely check out this store :)

The staff are more than helpful,always remembers what I have even tho I only visit once every 6 weeks.

I have been visiting the Juice shop for 3 years now and can honestly say they provide the best customer service and flavours of juice.
There is a wide variety of flavours and they are always bringing in new juices to try. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always provide great unbiased advise.
Excellent quality juice. I highly recommend this store.

Amazing service. Super helpful and informative. I went in to buy disposables and got an education! Ended up on my second visit buying my first proper piece of vape equipment and was walked through the whole process in how to set it up etc. Highly recommend to anyone who vapes or is looking to switch to vaping.

My first ever job was in customer service and if I could give an award for customer service it would go to the young man running this shop. Everytime I enter he treats me with such respect, very helpful, very knowledgable. The flavours are out of this world, I love the doozy range.

Always great customer service! Is soo refreshing to deal with real people. At the Juice shop they always respond to either emails or will take the time to call you and sort anything that needs sorting. I've been a customer of the Juice Shop for a few years now and it is wonderful to feel appreciated as a customer, loyalty is rewarded (rather than punished as with so many other companies). Great selection of juices, including their own Hobo Juice selection, try jungle jack, it gets my vote.

The guys felt for me when I when I accidentality brought a new mod thinking my old one was busted after dropping it, when it turned out to be just the batteries, ooops. They were kind enough to throw in a free juice and batteries at discount to lessen the blow, unheard of kindness & much appreciated.

I'll always go to them first, don't waste your time with other places these guys are the real deal.

The customer service is second to none, ultra friendly and helpful to everyone who walks through the door, new and returning customers alike.
If you've been vaping for five years, five minutes or haven't started yet and want to quit smoking this great little place is just what you need.
Thanks to the amazing staff in The Juice Shop with all of their knowledge and help I've given up the cigarettes for good and doubt that I could have done it without their help to get started and find exactly what works for me.
And one of the best things about The Juice Shop is that you do not feel under pressure to buy anything and they always recommend the cheaper products first which is pretty rare in this day and age for any kind of shop. But just goes to show that they genuinely care about their customers!

They guys at the shop are so helpful. They encourage you to test everything before you commit to buying to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They explain everything you need to know in terms even a novice like me could understand.
You can really see how passionate they are about the business.
Although I live a few miles away, I'm sure I'll be back in when I'm passing.

Just the best vape shop there is! Both gentlemen are super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. You never feel like you're being sold something - they know their products and they'll be honest if they don't think you'll like a flavour or coil. Go once and you'll be one of the many customers who travel down specially for a visit.

Really great shop, I've used it since moving to the area two years ago and am so pleased to have them near by. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly and treat their customers really well. They know their product range and stock levels extremely well and can offer advice and suggestions depending on your needs. Their e-liquid is decent and comes in a good range of flavours and again, the staff are very well informed and can advise you on flavours to try if you're not sure. Highly recommended.

Loved this place. They know their stuff here. Popped in today to get my brother a set up and was in the shop over half hour trying new juices and talking to the guy in the shop (Scott I think he said his name was). Will be back a lot from now on. Thank you for great service. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service ever! One of the best vape shop which I visited. Had some issues with my kit, but I couldn't make my way on time until they open (6pm)so they waited me 1h extra that they could fix my problem! 1,000,000% recommended!

Couldn’t begin to describe how nice the guys are here and how helpful they can be. Would thoroughly recommend any one to go to this shop for all your Vape needs. And they’re also incredibly helpful to people from California whose car has broken down! ;)

Visited for the first time today and can confidently say it won't be my last visit. I have never recieved such great customer service like this from any other vape store, the gent working was an absolute legend and didn't just try and sell me anything but actually helped me find something that was right for me
