I purchased a cast aluminium 6 seater dining set. It looks fantastic, is really comfortable and the build quality is the best by far of any set I've seen. It's become a real talking point when my friends and family visit. I'd recommend it to anyone.
The customer service was also brilliant; Grant made sure that my order was processed smoothly and also arranged my delivery in half the normal time, and at no extra cost, as I needed it quickly. The delivery courier was also superb.

I bought my garden table and chairs from Regatta last year and I have been really pleased with the service and quality. Customer services were also really helpful with delivery and ordering a weather cover and parasol to go with my set.

Just ordered the new Hampshire corner unit, it was delivered on time. The delivery guys were excellent and it looks great, will definitely be using them again.

Ordered this set and received 2 black bowls. Despite photos showing a silver ice bowl, I've been ignored, fobbed off and given differing responses to the reason behind receiving 2 black bowls. Suspect, I'm being lied to.

Also, when I initially received the set, the cushions were packed directly under the tape with no protective packing. So, as you might imagine, I sliced into the first cushion. Requested a replacement cover on the grounds of dodgy packing and was forced to pay the £14.95 postage.

Otherwise, a good set and happy with it. The company is a different matter. Would expect better for the prices being paid, especially.

Told me they were going to deliver my garden furniture on Easter Sat. Changed plans to be here. Got a call Good Friday afternoon saying not coming and won't be for weeks. Payment taken ages ago. They never reply to emails. Total disregard for customers. Avoid.

After spending over £1,700 on the Kensington delux garden furniture set with (allegedly) a 10 year guarantee in 2012, two chair backs have now broken. They exchanged one, but now another has broken they are refusing to honour their guarantee and trying to charge me to replace it. They claim it is due to ‘undue pressure’ which is ludicrous, just normal use. They will not honour their 10 year guarantee. With 4 years left of the guarantee still, plus a table leg that has also come apart (for the second time) I would steer clear of this company. I am in the process of going through the small claims court which is a hassle I can do without but feel strongly that I won’t be treated like this.

Drove down Easter Monday......to find they were closed. No notification on their web site. Waste of 3 hours of my life. No response to phone message left. Finally ordered furniture and paid deposit. Delivery due end of May. Been trying to call to get an update but no one answers the phone....ever and no one returns calls.
