Went today with my mum who was in need of a new washing machine. Shakeel the assitant was amazing helping us find what she needed. Also advised us on what would better suit her with looking for a T.V. Could not praise him enough. 10 out 10 from us. Highly recommended

The only store of its kind in and around Newport, supplying household electrical goods in abundance. If its a TV your after, or a washing machine, maybe a vaccum cleaner, perhaps some white goods or a toaster, coffee machine, laptop, smart light, headphones, or just need some advice. The list goes on and on. Not always so well stocked but nicely displayed whereas Items can be ordered on request. Good store

The guy that served us on TVs was a wealth of knowledge and advised us to purchase the right TV for my son in his flat that was also compatible with gaming .we had to wait some 20 minutes or so because he was advising another customer also short of colleagues in store.

Went shopping for headphones and found this beauty. Now trying to locate it online and they’re sold out sadly!

I went into get some advice on laptops and I was directed to the technical team and they couldn't be more helpful especially the gentleman who was on the reception at the time. The knowledge that they have is amazing, the advice was great and I had my laptop issue resolved straight away.
I have also been in before with a problem on a washing machine delivery and they sorted it out very quickly. Huge selection of products from laptops and TVs, to coffee machines and hoovers. Huge store, and friendly helpful staff.

Went in on Tuesday 1st Feb, as shark hoover I had bought was faulty.
Was helped by a lovely lady (she may have been the manager) she was extremely helpful / Polite and friendly.
It makes such a nice surprise when you are served by someone as helpful as this lady, hope Currys management see this review, 10/10

Fast a simple to get the help I needed, and to pick up the item I was looking for. Sometimes it is easier to buy items from an actual shop, where you can get a good look at them first. This was one of the lose occasions. The service was helpful and they appreciated that on this occasion I was in a rush to pick up the kids from school. They made every effort to facilitate my purchase.

Fairly positive experience. For the first time I can remember a member of the sales staff actually came up to me and asked me if I needed help. I also only had to wait 5 or 10 minutes before I was served at the tills. Far better than previous experiences. A definite improvement.

The staff provided excellent assistance.
