B&Q Local - Wood Green

Their on line system is not great but the staff in wood green are superb. Sharon and Dan were incredibly professional and helpful while helping me changing my order and arrange for a home delivery, which it was due to my mistake. Thank you so much

Great store. Pretty well stocked with a wide range of common DIY products but what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service provided by this store.

I needed some wall plugs but couldn’t find it. It turned out they were a special order item and colleague Mus helped me to place an order for them. He was knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process, making sure everything was correct. I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanour. They are ready to collect the next day.

The store is convenient, being on Wood green High Road mean't I didn't have to go to the ones in the retail parks which takes time and money to get there.

This store has a good range of decorating, garden, storage and general household items in stock. Although the store obviously cannot hold the vast range range of products that the lager stores can, I used the click & collect service to order an item that wasn't normally stocked & was pleasantly surprised to receive a text before 8am the following day to say it was awaiting collection. Friendly & helpful staff too!

I strolled in to browse. They have a lot of stuff. I love gardening things. I found the rooting powder and a rooting gel. This is a huge store with something for everyone. From a light bulb to a whole new bathroom.

Went in to browse as was looking to get a vacuum cleaner which they had in stock and a few other bits. Wanted to see the actual size before ordering online but they had none on display. Got it a week later and while it's smaller than what's on the packaging or online, it does the job and I'm pleased.

A great new store. It's a smaller one, so no building or garden centre, but still quite big and with a lot of stuff. It's bigger than the one in Holloway Road, which is a bit too small. This one is the right size. Well done, B&Q.
I bought here L brackets, a garden lock, set of screws, rainproof cover, mould spray, pipe insulation and blue masking tape.

The staff at this store are very kind, clued-up and professional, plus they really do go the extra mile for customers. All of the ladies there are a credit to b&q. Highly recommended!

A pretty strange location for B&Q but it had a good variety of useful tools.. Expect B&Q prices though 😅
