Been a customer for many years, the service is quick and efficient and a good range of products available. Very useful if you need something immediately. Convenient opening hours mean you're not stuck if you start a job at 6.30pm after work and suddenly realise you're missing a vital item!

Very professional, helpful and friendly staff at my local branch. Carry an impressive stock for the size of the premises. They have often saved my bacon with their extended Saturday opening hours, most merchants close at midday on a Saturday.

I have found this one to be a particularly friendly branch. There is a slight limitation on parking but the manager has been very helpful in this and other aspects too. The young lady who served me on Friday was very efficient at her job and got me the unusual things I required very swiftly. 👍👏😁

The assistant (lovely Italian man) at the Borehamwood store went beyond the call of duty by assisting me with choosing a kitchen tap. Went through the options and styles, even fetching several taps from the store to ensure I was I was happy with my purchase.

They have a Lidel that has just opened up in the complex. Although it gets very crowded
They always have a cheaper deal for something I need to buy .St. Anns has many places to buy a fast food meal on the upper floor. So it's a good place to have break from shopping .

Good Service, Staff are polite and efficient, prices are good. Parking directly outside and also some parking opposite. Can get very busy at times so do look at visiting away from rush hour / lunchtimes.

Good location with on-site free parking. Open seven days per week which is really helpful and great when you order online for collection too.

Very good, select the item out of the catalogue. Pay for it and a picker brings you your items, was very quick and easy.
