Navigable with your trolley or basket, the aisles are a good size and everyone can keep on the move. Good range of choices across the stock and I'm usually able to find what I need or a good substitute 👍

Really competitive prices..Excelkent products really clean store.

Had all the things I was looking for and some good offers

As a ex supermarket manager I'm pleased to give a review. Allways clean and well stocked staff very helpful fruit and veg section one of the best cafe and the staff a credit to your group as a franchise. But Caerphilly store is totally lost in every department poor leadership everyone thinks they are the store manager if there is one I would be surprised all seem to delegate one another needs a leader.

Tesco is a great shop I get everything I need

I'd like to thank Alex, in the Tesco cafe. She is the first point of contact for taking food & drink orders. The cafe has been very busy, lately, but Alex keeps working calmly & efficiently and always with a smile. You really can't complain about waiting when the staff are working so hard.

Easily accessible with everything on the ground floor, with a range of items. Petrol station is also easily accessed on the way out

Absolutely lovely lady in the store, I don't know here name, she went out of her way to serve me a product that was shut in a cabinet. Lovely manners, rushing to put out stock as the delivery arrived late, still have me time with no rush. Tesco could.do with employing more like this lady.

The store was short off staff tonight at 9oclock; I needed to use a normal checkout rather than the do it yourself machines. Nicola came to my rescue eagerly and in a very friendly manner. I do not know her personally; not even her surname. I feel cmpelled to tell her superiors that she is a highly efficient employee who is kind and more than helpful to your customers sincerely,Maurice.

As an NHS worker, I was so impressed how calm and organised the worker at the store were. So professional and friendly. All working so so hard. Also I liked that you are sanitising the trolly before we use them . Well done you guys. Your all hero's.

I go at 6am as its quiet and not many people there. I use self service machines only issue I've had lately is no eggs

Greeted by Security with a trolley and a smile. Great choice if goods at reasonable prices. Large light clean and well ventilated. Cafe has reopened . Staff very helpfull. A good shopping experience 😜

Excellent service the only down side issue is that u need to check dates for instance when buying cooked ham all the July dates were on the bottom August on top did tell a colleague and she didn't seem concerned -the problem being that people after me that buy without checking dates could be buying older products -this is bad date checking by shelf filling colleagues

After My Daughters Mobile phone was mis diagnosed by her own network provider I called into Tesco Mobile & a young boy with so much knowledge took time to look into what it may be, after about 20 minutes trying different avenues he fixed it.
3 days later the same thing happened & took it back to the young boy & within 5 minutes he had it working again, without his patience & knowledge I would have been Ripped off by her own network provider & had to spend money that wouldn't have even fixed the problem. He has shown my daughter & myself how to do fix the problem at home if it happens again to save us going back.
This Young boy was simply amazing & couldn't thank him enough, definite recommend Tesco Mobile Shop if your experiencing phone problems...

I have just moved into area and this has become my local store
Compared to the other Tesco stores I have used this is by far the best
Great range of product's, tills always well staffed, friendly helpful staff ( young girl stocking yogurts took me straight to peanut butter when I asked where it was )
Prices seemed to have improved aswell
100% recommend

Thank you tesco at ystrad mynach for making customers feel safe at this awful time. Ready sanitized trolleys and baskets. Well organised queuing system and a one way system in store with lots of staff in place to assist and only a small amount of customers at a time 👍👍
