Been here a few times to drop off parcels, found the lady who runs the shop very helpful and friendly. For a shop that's open 13 hours a day 7 days a week it's amazing she's still standing.

Would give zero stars if could, very unhelpful shop and lady. Very aggressive note by EVRI label printer demanding people take their rubbish away or the parcel will not be sent. When I politely asked if she could dispose of a tiny screwed up label backing so I wasn't leaving it behind by the printer I was met with a very sharp "no take it with you". How petty it was the size of a 10p coin. Needless to say I will not be going back, the lady clearly isn't in the right line of work.

Absolutely terrible service. Female lady extremely rude and bad mannered. Was my first time in and will never go back. Avoid this place!

Staff are rather rude. They really consider they are doing you a favour in serving you. Overpriced and unfriendly place. Best avoided!
