We've tried to use Glade on regular occasions as a Yodel drop-off store, but we'll not be doing so again. On different occasions we have had staff saying they don't know how to print labels or navigate the system, or that there is an absence of space, or that we need to return at different hours - and not always very professionally. However, Yodel advertises this as a drop-off site between 7.30am and 11pm and it is reasonable to expect that this is the service provided, particularly if coming for this purpose.

I had a Parcel that I booked on Yodel and went to drop off and the Women kept informing me in an abrupt and rude manner that I need to come to drop of before 08.00am. I kindly informed the women that sometimes this may not be possible as I may get an order later on during the day and I would pack the order and drop off as this would allow the customer to receive the parcel quicker.

She informed me that "this is not my problem and yours go to another shop but I told you to come in the morning and not later on in the day"
Informed the women sure I will take it to another drop shop but just came here so you can earn a bit on my parcels.

I will not visit this shop again and will take this further

The women in the shop needs training in Behaviour and how to respect people.

This is a absolutely awful shop. I went into this shop after being told that my Amazon order delivery failed to delivery due to the lady in the shop rejecting the parcel.

I can’t stress how extremely rude this lady behind the counter was. When I walked in I asked her if she had received a level from Amazon (as their shop is a so called Amazon collection hub..) and she replied in a very rude manner “might have..” she continued her rude behaviour and told me that it’s her store and her choice to accept the parcel or not. I explained to her that the parcel was my sons bday present. Which she has now ruined. She blatantly ignored me and carried on looking at her phone.

I would never recommend this shoe box of a shop to anyone. The goods are over priced, and the owners have no mannerisms. NEVER USE THIS STORE AS A AMAZING COLLECTION POINT. The owners are disgusting with bad character and very rude.

Feel sorry for the elderly man who just sits there at the front of the ship while his God awful daughter runs his business to the ground.

Extremely rude and ill mannered woman behind the counter. She has behavioural problems. Should be sanctioned under mental health act. I was about to call police on her because of her threatening behaviour. Never ever visit this store again. The goods are twice the price of the other corner shops with is zero customer services. They are gangsters ripoff who threaten you if you ask a question.
