Thank you for your customer service last week. Finding specific items isn't always easy or able to describe sometimes.
Your checkout staff in a sling last Saturday took time out to make sure I didn't stress as he found sea salt for me that helps with my tooth ache.

I love this store - Sainsburys has always been my favourite place to shop and this particular store excels. It has a very large parking area, the store is easy to access and once inside the store, it has plenty of space to shop comfortably. I love the clothes and home sections. Tu clothes are excellent quality & i always find something i like. Food quality is excellent. Always has offers on and earn extra points. It’s a very easy relaxed store to shop in. Could do with more staff on the checkouts at times but overall it’s still my favourite.

N3ver done an actual full shop here before only popped in n out. Wasn't laid out how I would have expect but found my way easily enough. A fair few things were different or just out of stock. It is hard to chance supermarkets but once you are a nectar card user you will see the overall difference in value an quality and you will change your weekly shop to here too

Easy parking no charge. Lifts and escalator. Easy to navigate around aisles. Need more staff on checkouts. Clean tidy helpful staff.

I was at the Checkout today and I pick up a pack of Maryland chocolate cookies but I didnt realise you had to have a Nectar card to get it at a reduce price and the Team assistant notice that and started asking customers if they had a Nectar card in order to help assist me to buy it at reduce price, customers kept saying no and I was starting to feel a Tad embarrassed but the Team assistant never give up until one customer said Yes she will assist. I am sorry I cannot remember your name but I hope you remember me and thank you and continue being the best at your job.

Lovely new Sainsbury's, just outside abbey wood train station. The store is bigger than it looks outside. It sells everything from clothes, home stuff and food. Great staff.

Very clean enjoy shopping there always fine what I need always in stock.

Popped in to buy some jam doughnuts as I was told theirs are the best, I wasn't disappointed they were yummy. Nice clean store.

Love this store good range of Habitat items, clothes and they have fantastic sales on regularly with 50-70% off! I recently brought both my kids around £350 worth of clothes and shoes in the sale for £140 bargain! They also have an Argos in store that has very friendly attentive staff there. The selection of produce in this store is unmatched to any store in the area I live in North Thamesmead and travel to Abbeywood to shop here when possible. I also drive an electric car and they offer 3 hours free charge in the car park. Highly recommend!

Second visit to this store recently (July & August 2022) on a Memory trip to South-East London where our relatives lived locally in the 1950's, 1960's and early 1970's. They would have loved this store which has been open about seven years. It is very well situated close to Abbey Wood Station (Elizabeth Line, South Eastern and Thameslink) and on the main road towards Thamesmead. Ground floor is a large car park with usual features (disabled and parent parking). A Sainsbury's Bank ATM is located on the way into the store. Access to the supermarket at first floor level is via travellators or large lifts. For the energetic, you can use the stairs 😀. Hand baskets and large / small trolleys (£1 coin deposit) located at store level.First impressions are of a bright, clean, well lit area that is quite welcoming. Sad to note that the Cafe area is now closed and is being repurposed. From the entry method, facing the store gives a very large Tu (clothing) series of aisles to the right. Next to them is series of aisles with Habitat and homewares. A good range of these. Looking left now is the main shop floor. As is usual, the fruit and vegetable area comes next. Very good and wide range with very good quality. Usual aisles of supermarket fare come next including a big celebratory card and magazines section. Being a larger store, there is a wide range in most product lines including own brand products. At the back of the store there is store produced pizzas and the bakery. Both looked very good quality. Having bought our items we headed for the checkouts. Some checkouts were open and being well used by those with full baskets. There is a very big self scan area which we used. Staff noted as being very friendly and helpful giving a good atmosphere. A great store, but sadly at forty miles from home, not for a regular shop 😞.

Great store, friendly staff and now has an Argos but has lost the cafe and changing rooms.
Went in there today and asked a member of staff where I could find an item and the reply I got was "I don't have a clue". Nice one, thanks for your help, NOT! Hopefully this is a one off......

Lots of choice of various household items including good quality of food and fresh fruits and vegetables, home stuff, some clothes and even an Argos. Self scan and pay options including hand held scanner. Helpful staff and don't have to queue up long

Good range of products, easy parking, wide isles

Great store for me as it never seems overly busy. Doubles up as a collection point for Argos as well as having a cafe. The only letdown is lack of till staff but the self checkout has many points. They need to add a section for large shop self checkout and that would make the store perfect. Huge car park so you'll never have a problem finding parking.

You can find almost everything you need! As a huge coffee fan with a coffee machine at home, love that they have these Starbucks sold so cheap! 😊
