Great little convenience store, all the essentials you may need. Staff are always very friendly and polite. I also regularly use this store to send my Yodel Direct parcels, where you print the label in store. They're always happy to accept my parcels and never had any issues with delivery.

This place is awful! I popped in just now to buy a covid test. The man serving me told me he only had a few tests left. The standard glow flex test kit with 1 test… charged me £14.99!!! I should have left it but the moment got the better of me … so paid and left in disbelief!
He and the store are legalised thief’s!!

The old man who runs this shop is AWFUL!!!! He is rude and has zero customer service skills!! They have yodel drop and collect but rarely accepts the deliveries and often ignores you when trying to post items. He also over charges for items when you buy instore and won't give you a receipt when questioned. Will be reporting to trading standards. I would give less than one star if possible.

Very rude man, I asked if he takes Amazon parcels as my App told me his store does, he straight up said no and just ignored me when I asked him again. He eventually took my parcels and then questioned am I not going to buy anything and that's why he tells people no because people come in with parcels and don't buy anything. Why set up a parcel drop off in your shop if you don't want to do it!

Shame you can't give no stars!!! Customers waiting he ignored everyone, I asked his colleague for help and he advised the other guy (one ignoring) was his boss. He served the customer before me without acknowledging her in any way. When it was my turn he said he didn't get paid forparcels he lost money and if customers didn't want to wait for him to be ready find somewhere else. I will absolutely be doing this and contacting Yodel.

Steer clear of this store. So rude. Went in to drop off a parcel. As soon as I walked in I was told their printer wasn’t working. I’d only said good morning & was barely through the door. I remarked funny that your printer is never working. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’d give minus stars if I could. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Awful shop, told me he wouldn’t take my parcel because I have to buy something in the shop. I woudnt mind but I actually purchased something few weeks back. Anyway not the point don’t provide the service. Will never return to use the shop ever!!!!!

Rude old little twerp that is behind the store. Doesn't want to help you with labels or anything. Juat avoid this grotesque human at all costs

Unwilling to help me topping up my gas card. Inconsiderate. Walked away and served another customer. Very bad. I had no gas to keep me and my children warm and ran around to find a store that was willing for 2 solid day and all I received was questioning because I was not topping up and bad attitude, he would not do what was required by SSE, my Gas company. Don't get involved with things if your not prepared to serve customers.

After reading the previous feedback my worries are confirmed, when you smell a rat generally there is a rat.
I went to get a parcel and after scanning my barcode I realised I had annoyingly left my ID at home! Such s silly thing to do but it happens. I got distracted (work) so never actually returned that day I did however get a message from Yodel confirming the collection of my parcel, I put this down to an automatic system ping when the barcode was scanned. Honestly it couldn’t be anything else, could it?!

Tomorrow came and I returned to the store with my identification in hand to collect my parcel, when I was told the barcode was invalid. Again I thought this maybe because I had scanned it the previous day. When I tried to chat with the man, I was categorically told my parcel wasn’t there and that I had collected it previously. I said no I didn’t have my ID and the man behind the counter became cold and non cooperative.
When I asked if the CCTV was working so I could call the police I was shown nothing but contempt and attitude.
I have contacted the retailer I purchased the item from and they are conducting an investigation.

Awful experieince. Do not have parcels delivered here. I had a laptop delivered by DHL and when I went to pick it up, the man behind the counter told me there were no DHL deliveries that day. I told him I had a notification from DHL saying it had been delivered and he told me the app was wrong and it was an automated system. I had to beg him to look for my parcel and after he found it he asked me what I had delivered. I told him i didnt have to tell him that and that the barcode and passport were sufficient to collect my parcel. He then threatened to send my parcel back if I didnt tell him. After i received my parcel i told the man there was no need to behave like this and he responded that as it's a free service and they dont get paid for it either so I cant complain, if i didnt like it then dont use it. Funny thing is there was a woman in the queue in front of me that was also told her parcel was not there and that is was sent back even though the deadline had not elapsed. Shamefull.

If you don't like parcels, stop offering the service.

Awful man, so miserable and has refused to let me post and collect parcels as he had other customers (no ome waiting). He is rude and complains that he doesnt get paid for doing yodel.
Awful and i wont shop in there now.

The most rudest store I have ever encountered. Please do not get your packages collected from this store . This store should be closed down.

Worst shop, bad customer service and very rude. I asked it their yodel worked and he said ‘i dont care’ , when i asked for the managers email he proceeded to tell me he will call the police.

One star is generous
